Modern Amenities, not at all where expected.
I will say that this apartment is what it appeared to be on the listing. Big Plus for high-speed internet in the apartment, smart TV, and washer-dryer in unit. I stayed a month to attend a Yoga Training. I choose the unit above all because of the location, but it was not at all where it said it was. Instead of in City Center, this unit and others like it (they have 4 identical and a few smaller in the same buildings) it was in the Aldea Zama neighborhood (close to Chacabar).
When I confirmed the location and check-in process with the location Manager, I was surprised to learn where the office and location was. When I sent her a screen grab of the VRBO listing and stated it was over a mile away from the true location, she said "Tulum is small."
They did offer Free Use of a Bike during my stay, however, you have to drive through local neighborhoods and construction roads full of potholes to get anywhere. OR all they way out to the Beach Highway and to town - 3x the distance. Any cab will charge 100-200 pasos to get anywhere. Be warned!
