King Bed Studio condo-hotel unit, located in a historical hotel in the heart of Palm Beach island. Full private bathroom with view of the intracoastal waterway. The complex has a heated pool, 24 hour receptionist, gorgeous lobby, day spa, library, laundry room, a seafood restaurant and a French café in building. Walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, clothes shopping, museums. Shuttle to The Breakers and a short drive to Worth Ave. Complimentary Valet parking
-AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.

-This is a private 271 sq ft King bed studio condo with a full private bathroom. You will have the entire place to yourself. The bed is a hybrid king, memory foam over coil springs.

There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink including a great wine selection for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with;

-King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier

-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at lease a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.

-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies

-Breakfast bar with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware

-Refrigerator/Freezer

-Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella

-Colorful beach towels

-Wifi in unit and throughout building

-AC and Dehumidifier that you control

-Iron and mini iron board

-Keyless entry to unit

All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.

***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs. Please discuss this with me in advance of booking.***

Great host communication and location. The building is historic but dated and in need of some upgrades. The studio condo was cute. Bathroom could use a remodel. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Lovely place

The room was exactly as the pictures showed. We enjoyed our stay. Nice sheets and towels and the place was very clean. Unfortunately they were doing work in the hall way just outside our door which made it noisy and smelly.

Relaxing get away

My husband and I recently moved to Florida and are enjoying learning about this beautiful state. Palm Beach was so peaceful, and so quiet. It really felt great to relax and enjoy the beauty of the town and neighborhood. Clematis Street was perfect for dining out. Also enjoyed lunch at Al Fresco. Beach day was lovely and just a short walk. Condo was in a historic hotel which was cool.

A week in Paradise

I booked this unit for a week to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The location was superb. Palm Beach is very walkable and accessible with bikes. There are many fine restaurants we frequented within walking distance. The unit itself had all the amenities you would want for an extended stay. The Palm Beach Hotel & Condominium is an historic structure and that added to the ambience. Tom was a most gracious host and we definitely plan to stay there again.

Palm Beach 2024

Continue to be let down by property owners for basics. 1. Provide a quality iron and ironing board. 2. Have normal television service that is simple, easy, and shows local channels. 3. Have air conditioning that cools the space. 4. Have a quality shower. That being said, the property manager was great. Location for my needs was superb.

Excellent Palm Beach location

Loved this little condo. Bed was very comfortable. The unit had a dehumidifier which was very useful. Good refrigerator and microwave. Everything I needed. I was attending a car show at the Breakers and I was able to walk over easily in about ten minutes. Five minutes to the beach. Great restaurants across the street. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer. I will be back for sure. Great management.

Great stay in a great place! First visit to Palm Beach- can't wait to come back!

We were beyond pleased with the property and the amenities. Very comfortable bedding and adjustable bed. Great to have a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and coffee. Loved being so close to the beach and having chairs, towels and umbrella provided! Beautiful pool and peaceful, gorgeous, landscaped area surrounding it. Easy and pleasant check in and check out. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A+

The perfect location!

What a perfect spot on Palm Beach. Everything we needed for a 5 night visit to our favorite place. The beach chair and umbrella provided we’re ideal, the western views made showering at sunset beautiful (there’s a window in there) and the king size bed was the most comfortable!! Tom was communicative and the staff were all extremely friendly. All the restaurants and shops you need are in walking or biking distance. One thing that would be nice to be offered are bike rentals. There’s a place around the corner but it’s very pricey, $80 for 2 bikes for an hour and a half. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will be back for sure!

PB Island Condo

Had a very comfortable stay in this cozy end unit. Was clean, quiet and cute. I was in town for work so I did not get to really enjoy the property but I can tell you I slept great! Bed was amazing! Tom is a great host, he made sure to check in with me when I arrived and upon check out! Would def recommend this unit! TV

My wife and travel a lot. We came to Palm Beach and fell in love with the island and the Palm Beach Hotel in particular. The architecture and flavor of the building is fantastic. We liked it so much we bought a condo here. When we are not here we offer it up for short term rentals. I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor, my wife is in the media industry. We are well traveled and students of the world, we love to meet new people especially from foreign countries. The unit I have listed on here is our "friends and family" area, we call it the Island apartment. You will have use of this unit just as you would any hotel room or private apartment. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you in Palm Beach.

Palm beach is special, when you spend time here you get the feel for it. You are on an island yet you have all of the amenities you could want and are only minutes from the mainland. The building; The Palm Beach Hotel and Condominium, this place is a gem. The stories it could tell. We love architecture, while we appreciate all forms of it there is a special place for the Spanish style that this building exemplifies. We stayed here as guests and fell in love with the place.

Ocean, pool, walk to restaurants, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, shopping. It is all right here and you are on an island in the USA, how cool is that. It is a very short drive from Palm Beach International Airport, also easily accessible from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. You can stay here and do not need a car, everything you need is an easy walk or you can take a ride share like Uber or Lyft. There is only one supermarket on the island and it is directly across the street. Also there are some really great restaurants all within a very short walk. A shuttle that picks you up in front of the hotel to take you to the Breakers.
