Not only is it beautiful, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need, but it should also be equal to the newest all-inclusive resorts and include maid services for your comfortable stay. Our villa is maintained perfectly by our maid, who has been working for our guests for a long time.

Like many other all-inclusive villas in the Dominican Republic Punta Cana, Villa Waterfall features the following outstanding features: much space, a private area, a private pool and patio, modern equipment and comfy furniture, gorgeous design, and maid service.

There are speakers and spacious sofas to help you relax and feel at home. The dining room has a large table that seats 12 people. You can enjoy eating outside or having a BBQ party with your family in your private area.

Punta Cana villas with chefs are not always budget-friendly. That is why the chef services are optional. The large kitchen is fully equipped, so if you like to cook, you will have all you might need to create your culinary masterpieces. If you don't want to cook, we also provide chef services and meal plans for every taste upon request (for an extra charge)!

Each luxury bedroom has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and A/C. Large windows allow you to enjoy fantastic views over the greenery and golf courses.

-GUEST ACCESS-

Please send us copies of the passports/IDs of your group members so we can get access cards to the gated community. They will always be ready for check-in when you send your documents beforehand. You might be asked for an ID for your first access.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always ready to answer any of your questions. Do not hesitate to contact me. We will gladly help you book transport from and to the airport, excursions, shopping, and other services. A chef service is available at an additional cost.

I or my assistant will register you. We will provide you with all the information you need and helpful tips on what to do and where to go so you will know all about the best places to visit.

-THE NEIGHBORHOOD-

This lovely residence is in the center of the world-famous Cocotal Golf Club and has great views. Where else can you combine a vacation with golfing or a lesson?

In addition, the residential complex has a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you take a break from your workouts, you can bask in the sun on the beautiful white sand beach of Bavaro near the residence (5 minutes drive). Enjoy your vacation and try activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, dining in good company at international restaurants, sipping a refreshing drink in one of the many bars, shopping, or visiting sports or massage centers.

-GETTING AROUND-

There is a bus stop just opposite the entrance to Cocotal, or we can help you rent a car! We also organize transfers to/from the airport and cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs at any time of the day or night. Please don't hesitate to learn everything about the transfer at the most reasonable price.

-OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-

The rental price includes 9 hours of maid service, WI-FI, and cable TV!
Additional services, which can be provided (subject to availability and extra charges), include:

- Private chef is available at an additional daily cost of USD 150 and includes three meal preparations (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Grocery is bought apart, and if you wish us to buy the groceries for you, we usually charge 20% plus the total bill for this kind of service.

- Private airport transfers from/to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)

- In-villa Spa services

- Excursions (snorkeling, fishing, catamaran, swimming with dolphins, zip lines, etc.)

On arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $1500 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out

House Rules:

1. If you have any questions or doubts upon arriving at the property, please ask my check-in assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

2. If you do not like something or find it inconvenient when you arrive at the property, please let my check-in assistant and me know immediately. You express satisfaction by checking in, taking the keys, and staying at the property.

3. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a special trash bin nearby.

4. Air conditioners (AC) are only used with closed doors and windows. ACs with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure. You cover the repair cost if the ACs stop functioning because of improper usage (with open doors and/or windows).

5. During check-in, you will receive information about using ACs, water heaters, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and other devices. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you have doubts. All the appliances must function perfectly at your check-in. Any damages to the property, its furniture, or equipment caused during your stay are to be covered by you.

6. According to the Villa Regulations, a deposit of US$1500 is charged upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out minus possible payment for damages to the property, if there are any.

7. The electricity is included in the price.

8. Maintenance and repair personnel can provide repair services from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.

9. Early check-in and late check-out are paid extra depending on the time. Let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.

10. When you take the keys to the property during check-in, you declare that you made the reservation and paid for it using one of the available payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or another payment method). You are satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and have no complaints during check-in. Accommodation payment is not refundable.

11. The Host accepts no liability for valuables or objects left unattended or in the safe box.

12. The Host accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or other circumstances beyond the host's control.

13. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of significant circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.

14. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Hosthe Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

15. Violation of any of the abovementioned rules is subject to a fine of US$300 in favor of the villa administration.

16. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).
