Pretty villa with wooden swimming pool in a property just on the edge of the Canal du Midi in the countryside, enclosed garden, shared entrance with the owner by electric gate, totally secure parking. 20 mins walk from the famous 9 Locks of Fonseranes, direct access to the Canal path for your walks or bike rides, 15 mins from the beaches. A large terrace surrounds the villa. Living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed, shower room, laundry room with WC and washbasin. Household linen not provided.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable, les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion incroyable , ils sont très respectueux et disponible immédiatement en cas de besoin. Le logement est top , et bien équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont super sécurisés pour les enfants ce qui est top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Comfortable, peaceful and beautifully decorated.

Everything was exactly as per the pictures and descriptions, and it was even better than expected. The apartment was tastefully decorated, well equipped, super comfortable with air conditioning in every room, and the outside area was perfect for our family as it was private, safe, and the pool was the ideal size. Especially for my daughter who is just barely swimming as it wasn't deep enough for her to drown so we could really relax knowing she was safe and was never far away. Everything was lovely and the hosts were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. Would say it's one of the best holiday rentals we've ever had. Thank you Evelyne!

Une semaine superbe, juste à côté du canal et proche des magasins. Nous avons pu découvrir Béziers sous un angle différent. Merci pour la semaine !
