Enjoy swimming/boating in the lake, Fall Foliage, Wine trail, Skiing and Hiking

Beautiful year round Canandaigua Lake House. This 3100 sqft 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom lake-house that sleeps 12 people including a bonus room. The house sits on a hill and has a huge wrap around porch with the most amazing view of the lake as well as the private permanent dock. If you are not enjoying the dock you can spend your time on the porch where you can enjoy coffee and cocktails as well as a good book. The property has an acre of land with a great spot for yard games and ample parking. There is a driveway from a private rd in the back (Onnalinda dr) as well as a circular driveway in the front off West Lake rd. The property is located less then 3 miles from the City of Canandaigua where you can enjoy anything from fine dining to coffee, ice cream, burgers and breweries.

Summer/Spring/Fall months - The dock has a a place to dock your boat (Boat whips are on the dock and will accommodate most boats) as well as a swimming raft and a small beach house with a small refrigerator and a place to store your things over night. It is a perfect place to swim, enjoy the sun or any of your lake toys. Enjoy the sunrise with a run on West Lake rd or a hike. The finger Lakes wine trail is a great way to spend a day if you need a break from the swimming and sun for the day. Fall- Features the most beautiful view, more trails then you can hike and the wine country. Boats are also welcome in the Fall. Enjoy the views from the porch and relax in a perfect setting.

Winter- We are 15 minutes from Bristol Mountain. enjoy a week a skiing with your family and relaxing with amazing lake views. Everything you need to know about Bristol can be found at www.bristolmountain.com

The stink bugs were a major problem. Killed nearly 50 a day. Almost all in the upstairs part of the house. My adult daughter hardly slept the two nights she was there with them flying around in the night. Called manager Jennifer had her husband spray second day we were there and it barely helped. Can’t recommend and that’s a shame because house is perfectly located and overall very well laid out This could’ve been a great stay.

Big space for family

Nice place

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults, 5 kids ages 7-16, and 2 dogs and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as advertised with plenty of space for everyone. It was easy to reach out to Jennifer. We had great weather and enjoyed all the lake has to offer for the summer. AC was in the 5 main bedrooms only but it was manageable despite the July heat.

Wedding Weekend Getaway

This house and location was just perfect for our stay. Our daughter’s wedding was at Sonnenberg gardens. As a family we had plenty of room to be all together for this special time in our lives. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch overlooking the lake. On Sunday after all the wedding obligations we were able to enjoy the lake. It has a beautiful dock with plenty of chairs to hang out near the water.

Graduation celebrations

The place was perfect for a family gathering to attend graduation at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. We enjoyed the spacious porch and living room, and the bonfire at the front yard. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Everyone enjoyed the place!

Beautiful Location!

We only stayed a weekend for a family wedding, but my daughter and I both agreed that it would have been a wonderful place to use as home-base while we were in NY for the week. Especially love having coffee at sunrise on the beautiful porch and enjoying the fire pit with my adult children while their children slept nearby.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s place. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were great with comfortable beds. Jennifer was very responsive. The best part was the wrap around porch! We spent most of our mornings and evenings there! The waterfront was also awesome with a really nice dock and a boathouse to store all our floats.

Wonderful Family Get-Together

Very comfortable home with everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, playing cards, lazy days in the lake and on the deck (the deck is larger than it looks in the pics) and lounging on the giant porch. Also very close to the The Strong National Museum of Play where you can again play the games of your youth. We loved it all and are considering renting again in 2 years for our bi-annual get together.

Family reunion and birthday

The house was perfect for our reunion and birthday. Originally from the Rochester area, the 10 sisters and their families traveled to Canandaigua Lake from all over the country. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of beds. The Lake was just as we remembered, beautiful. Highly recommend this property for any large group.

The View That Never Gets Old

Unbelievable! Wonderful property that exceeded our expectations!! The house had room for 3 generations to spread out where we enjoyed loud dinners in the dining room and quiet coffee (am) and wine (pm) on the wrap around porch overlooking the lake. We took complete advantage of the fire pit (again - overlooking the lake) and the plethora of outdoor seating. Amazing home. Wonderful stay.

Eclipse on the Lake

Stayed here with family to watch the total eclipse. Gorgeous lake and location. House suited our party of 13 great. House was just as described and host was easy and pleasant to work with. Enjoyed coffee and wine on the gorgeous porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the summer!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect for 3 families with children ranging from 3-14 yr olds. Fully stocked kitchen, clean linen and towels, and plenty of space for us to spread out. Jennifer also gave us a heads up about the neighbor, but we didn't have any issues with them other than some unfriendly stares. Overall, would definitely book again when looking for a place on beautiful Canandaigua lake.
