この施設について

This family friendly 3 Bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront house has everything you could want for a relaxed holiday at Stinson Beach. The open plan consists of the living room, sun room, dining room, and galley kitchen, and is perfect for relaxing as a group. There is a large built in desk that is perfect for working from home. The living room has gas fireplace and satellite TV. Outdoors there is a private brick patio, and two decks that lead to the sand. Gas Grill and outdoor shower. Bed Configuration: 2 Cal Kings, and 1 Queen.

NOTE:

Bookings must be Friday to Friday. Please call Highway One Properties' office if you have issues with bookings.
All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
Minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span.
31 day stays are also available for a slight discount.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at a LOT of Stinson homes, and this one easily made the list of favorites! Very comfortable, well-equipped, spacious home with unparalleled access to what we consider to be the best part of Stinson beach. Easy walk to town on the beach. Two things to note: 1. If you're there in winter, know that the heating all comes from the gas fireplace which works great in the common areas and not at all in the bedrooms, so make sure the property manager provides sufficient space heaters. 2. Nearly impossible to find at night, because the driveway gate is not marked as #9 and the gate to the house is not properly lit... do yourself a favor and arrive during daylight hours. Once you're there... you're in heaven, and I envy you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great comfy cozy place! Works for six and perfect location. Several rooms for everyone to hang out, bedrooms nicely laid out, bathrooms small but nice. Everything well maintained/equipped and very clean. Views from front rooms, right on beach, perfect length walks to town or far end of Stinson. We were very happy and will return! Love Parkside restaurant and for gifts, take-out! Many terrific West Marin restaurants and jaunts. Highway One was wonderful to work with!

The Most Relaxing Vacation We’ve Ever Had!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got lucky with the weather. Sunny & warm all week. The beach is right out the back door. We didn’t wear shoes all week! The house was well stocked and super comfortable. We got a last-minute cancellation booking, so didn’t compare it to any others, but it was perfect!The only negative is that the house is hard to find, especially at night. The entrance gate is not marked with the property address and outdoor lighting could be improved. On the plus side, very secluded, hidden, and safe from the main road.
