Located on the 11th floor, a private direct oceanfront balcony, granite countertops, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Free WiFi and covered parking. Wonderful amenities include private beach access, outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a lazy river, a waterslide, and a media center. Walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store, ice cream shop, restaurants, shopping and Cherry Grove Pier. Just a short drive to some of the best dining and entertainment.

The hostess made sure the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with soap, trash bags, dishwashing liquid , etc. She also made the checking in process very easy.

Great location

Great location and we loved the property. Lots of fun stuff to do for the family and kids. place was very clean as well and the host was very helpful and quick in responding!

Family Vacation

My husband and I took our three kids to North Myrtle Beach in July 2022. The condo was clean and up-to-date. Great view of the ocean and the elevators were quick, when has been a problem in other locations we have stayed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and additional activities put on my the location, including a movie night while swimming.

Fantastic oceanfront

Stayed here with mom and sister Thanksgiving week. The oceanfront balcony was fabulous and gave us the experience of it being much warmer than it was with that glorious morning sun. Walking distance to food store and several restaurants. Easy drive to bingo. Great lazy river and hot tub. Owner was fantastic deal with. We did find the unit incredibly small for 3 over packers, but we made due and all the positives definitely outweighed that. I would certainly book again.

One of our best beach trips Ever!!!

This property was amazing and the owner was more so! From the moment we booked, Felicia was quick to respond. She kept us updated as needed and provided everything we needed to know. Her rental was exactly as shown in her pictures and she provided everything and more than we needed. So clean and it provided an amazing view of the beach!! We got to spend some very treasured time with our daughter which made our week even better!!! The weather was perfect and the restaurants were even better. Shout out to Basil’s Pizza!!!!Thank you Felicia for helping us have a perfect beach week!!! I highly recommend this rental!!!!!

Beautiful Condo with Great Views!

Lovely Condo right on the beach with great views of the ocean and pool from balcony. Super clean, nice decor, very comfortable beds, good shower & central air and convenient load/unload area with luggage carts and elevator. Also has nice amenities like lazy river, large jacuzzi pool, slide for kids, lots of available chairs around pool with umbrellas and a shaded area if needed. Also has a number of sitting & picnic areas and firepit area facing the beach. -Felicia is excellent with communication on everything and she provided all that we needed for a great stay! Lots of shops and restaurants/pubs + big IGA store within walking distance. - Thank you Felicia for a wonderful stay! - Teresa

Spotless Condo with Breathtaking View. You won't want to leave!

We chose this property for its direct view of the ocean & for it's affordable price. When we arrived, everything was even better than the listings description & photos. The breathtaking beauty of the view from the balcony just can't be caught with a camera lense. While my adult son and his girlfriend went and did all the young people things, I relaxed and let the ocean refresh and rejuvenate my soul. I loved everything about this place so much that I spent 95% of my time on or nearby the property. I relaxed on the balcony, on the beach, in the lazy river, & in the hot tub. I relaxed at the restaurant next door & ate delicious food while still being able to see and hear the waves crashing into the sand. The condo's location was so convenient! I walked to the grocery store which had an entire top floor that was nothing but beach decor, beach chairs, clothing, & pretty much any souvenir you can think of. I can't tell you in the amount of characters allowed how fabulous this entire vacation "package" was! Truly the most relaxing beach vacation I have ever had. Let me add how spotless the condo was when we arrived. I swept the floors from one end of the condo to the other including the corners, bathrooms, & under the beds. When I went to use the dustpan, there was literally nothing in it, not even a speck. Everything was so amazingly clean & well-maintained. The furniture was like new, tasteful & sturdy, not worn like most places. I will 100% be back first chance I get!

Very clean! Helpful owners and overall a beautiful place to stay. One drawback, no coffee pot just a kerig, but they provided K-cups thankfully, since we had gotten groceries before checking in. Also having to walk thru a bedroom to get to the living room. If our son would have come with the grandkids, it would have been awkward and crowded. The other thing, parking garage is across the road.Again it was well stocked and plenty of towels and washclothes too and it had a beautiful view!

Cherry Grove Perfection

A The property delivered everything I expected and everything that was pictured and detailed in the listing was provided. A very cozy, warm beach feel, a place to retreat and relax! Felicia was quick to respond and communication always clear throughout process. It takes time to look for the perfect place to stay and to find everything as advertised is a delight. This home was meticulously clean and the location provided a lovely facility but then also the amenities in the area such as a few restaurants and grocery within a few hundred feet away made it so I could park and stay. The beach is pristine and the locals are friendly. This may sound a little strange, but Before I left I just had the urge to stand on the balcony one last time and say thank you to the Ocean and Beach and Home for giving me the opportunity to enjoy them and provide me with a place to dream for a bit. Thank you!

Great North Myrtle Beach Property

This was a great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Beach Escape Made Real

This was such a a great place to stay. Comfortable and well decorated, it was a great retreat from the softball tournament we were in North Myrtle Beach to attend. Since the schedule didn't allow a lot of beach time the ability to watch the sunrise and sunset on the balcony was fantastic. If I'm ever in South Carolina again, I will gladly stay here again!
