All the bedding is new, with mattress covers, sheets, and pillowcases all washed and sanitized for each visitor.

Our condo backs up to the world-famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park and Estuary, with many types of wildlife and birds right outside our condo.

A private heated pool is reserved for owners and guests.

You can wash and dry all your laundry in the laundry-room on the same floor only accessible for 7th floor guests.

February bookings must start on or before February 1 and end on February 28 unless you are booking ALL of March also. March bookings must begin on March 1 and end no earlier than March 31.
