Everything was well organized and the condo is great. Nice views from the balcony. It is a great location with the Gulf just a short walk away. Lots of nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, food, etc.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Aaron and Angie’s seventh floor condo. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and maintained. Views from the lanai/balcony over the Gulf and inland waters are amazing. Possibly the best feature of the condo can be described as “location, location, location”. It’s very close to Delnor Wiggins State Park and our favourite beach or “happy place”, close to many supermarkets and restaurants, also the fun and vibrant centre of Mercato.

Wonderful condo! Very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had really nice cookware and dishes Maki ng cooking enjoyable. The living room furniture was really comfortable at the end of a long day and the beds were comfortable.Aaron and Angie were so thoughtful with many little details not usually found. We highly recommend!

A Destination Everyone Would Enjoy

Excellent location. Property is impeccably maintained and exactly as the pictures show online. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with great views. We got to meet the owners who did everything they could to make our time most enjoyable.

A good location and excellent hosts

Have rented several times in the building but first time at 707. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Apartment is first rate.

Vanderbilt Towers Condo

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was clean and well equipped. Great view and easy walk to beach. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and ended most days relaxing by the pool. It’s a quiet, safe locations. Can’t wait to return.

Clean, updated condo with great view!

This updated condo is well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the walk to the beach is a quick 5 minutes. The pool is a nice size with and gated area is quiet. The owners answered any questions quickly. We are looking forward to coming back.

A PURE DELIGHT

The owners, Aaron and Angie, were the most attentive and accommodating hosts we have ever met. The condo was as advertised in every way--spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, extremely well appointed (especially the kitchen) and surprisingly quiet. The magnificent water views, the incredibly short walk to the beach and the proximity of stores and restaurants only enhanced the stay. Convenience

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including the kitchen, bedding, towels, and equipment for the beach. The property is gated, so if you like to walk or run, you have the perfect place.The condo is convenient to the laundry room, the storage room for beach equipment. Also, easy access to get to the beach and then getting to everything Naples has to offer.The views are great from a 7th floor location.You can’t go wrong with this property.

The perfect beach getaway!

Communication with Aaron and Angie was excellent throughout the booking the process and during our stay. Aaron was very quick to respond to any of our enquires. The apartment was an ideal location for walking to the beach and exploring Naples. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. We would definitely return!

A great home away from home!

We chose the property for the view and the decor, but we would be happy to return for the location and the helpful hosts. This was our first experience with VRBO. Aaron and Angie made it a great experience by sharing their condo which looked like the pictures, by answering all our questions, and by providing anything we could need! It was really nice to have a park pass included in our stay, and the binder of information was helpful.

BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL

The Condo is upscale and has everything needed for a relaxing Beach vacation. The property is gated and safe and so perfectly taken care if by Aaron and Angela with them greeting us with a gift. The area is full of restaurants, shopping and any kind of excursions you might be looking to do. The screened balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning or Dinner and Sunset at night. Roomy, clean and comfortable at the beach

After watching the lines to find a parking spot for a beach, we were very grateful to be within walking distance for our spot on the beach. This condo is very comfortable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is clean. Liked having a desk to do computer business. Many nice restaurants are within driving distance. Enjoyed our visit!

Great property and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Communication was clear and easy to understand. Owners were super easy to work with! The unit itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with many thoughtful extra touches, like a well equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities, a beach cart, towels, chairs and umbrellas. We also had access to the 2 person kayak which we enjoyed using. Vanderbilt beach is a 4 minute walk away. There is also gulf view from the unit so we could watch the sunset from the lanai if we didn't make it out to the beach. A few minute drive to grocery stores and anything practical you could need, and a short drive to downtown Naples or up to Bonita Beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Experience !!

Our stay at this holiday home was nothing short of fantastic! The location, right beside the beach and a heated pool, couldn't have been better. The condo itself was a true gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with impeccable cleanliness and stylish decor. The attention to detail was evident, making us feel instantly at home. The bed—hands down the comfiest I've ever slept in, paired with amazing pillows that added an extra touch of luxury. The amenities provided left no room for complaints. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we never found ourselves wishing for something that wasn't already there. It's clear that the owners, Aaron and Angie, have gone above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need for a perfect stay. Speaking of Aaron, his availability and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns were truly appreciated. His guidance enhanced our overall experience and made us feel like valued guests. I'm already counting down the days until our next visit. This holiday home has set the bar high for future vacations. Highly recommended!

Great condo and location!

We had a great stay in Aaron and Angie's condo! We originally had some issues getting into the condo due to a newly installed gate/building access system, but Aaron continued to work with me and the management team to correct the issues. When the issue continued, Aaron insisted on bringing me a remote control for the gate to ensure we had no further issues accessing the property. It was a big positive having Aaron in constant communication and locally available to help. Once in the condo, it had everything we needed - we like to cook and the condo is well equipped for any kitchen utensil we needed. The views of the ocean are great! And the pictures on the VRBO website very well reflect the views from the condo. The condo is well decorated with a nice comfy reclining sectional as well as good sized TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living area. The high-top style dining table was great for board/card games following dinner. Being a short walk to the beach that bumps against a state park was perfect! Great beach, soft sands, sunsets and easy to go back and forth to the condo coupled with great restaurants only a short drive away made this condo perfect for our family vacation and we hope to make it back soon! Outstanding Experience in North Naples !

My husband and I had the pleasure to spend 6 weeks at the property on Bluebill Ave /Vanderbilt Beach and could not be happier. The condo is situated on the 7th floor and was everything and more! Very clean and completely updated with beautiful accents and furniture just as you see in the photos. Equipped with everything you need for cooking along with an array of spices and coffee. The condo is a corner unit with beautiful views of Wiggins State Park water inlets, bay and view of the ocean. We spent many mornings on the patio enjoying coffee or taking in the beautiful sunset. For grilling there is also a Webber gas grill down at the pool we used many times. Pool is also nice for those days you just want to relax and not walk down to beach. Beach Access -Cannot say enough about the close beach access from the condo. It's a 4-minute walk out the back door and you are at the beach. Condo comes equipped with everything you need from a beach buggy, sun umbrella, cooler and beach towels! Kayak-Condo comes with the use of a 2-person Kayak. Situated in the marina across from the parking lot. We took the Kayak out several times in the morning and each time saw dolphins frolicking in the water near the Wiggins State Park water inlets. What a wonderful site! Biking-The condo is located on the corner of Bluebill and Gulf Shore Blvd. Situated in a lovely area that is excellent for bike riding. We were so impressed with the wide bike lanes, and everyone is so respectable to bikers. Spent hours riding around Vanderbilt beach and headed over to Pelican Bay where gorgeous landscaping and homes makes riding a bike so enjoyable. Condo also has a bike rack at the back of the building so you can lock your bike with no worries. Walking- We took multiple walks down Gulf Shore Blvd and saw so many beautiful homes and condos. The walk from the condo to the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road is 1.5 miles which makes for a lovely morning or evening stroll. Restaurants-Condo is walking distance to several eateries along Gulf Shore Blvd. There is Laplaya/Baleen, Elements Bar, Turtle Club, Buzz Lighthouse and finally the Ritz. All of these eateries offer dining on the ocean which is a must! In closing, I cannot say enough about the location and amenities this condo offers! Aaron and Angie were great to work with and I look forward to coming back in the near future. This condo is a hidden gem that is must for your next vacation.

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of different rentals in the Naples park, Vanderbilt beach area and without question none of them compare to this property. It’s absolutely the BEST!

Great Experience

We stayed in this condo for 30 days and it is clean, nicely renovated and the owners are terrific. They have refurbished it and thought of everything. It is a five minute walk to the beach and it is located in a nicely quiet part of north Naples. There are many restaurants in the area and downtown Naples is less than a 30 minute derive. The owners are very responsive to any questions and always happy to be helpful.

Just another day in paradise!

My wife and I had a fantastic customer experience renting this fully furnished, well maintained and beautiful condo unit. The owners, Aaron and Angie, were super accommodating and fabulous to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their condo. The location is one of the best in the entire Naples area which is right on Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. The condo is updated, clean and located on the 7th floor. You can see the view of the ocean from the patio balcony. Great sunset views! The condo is very quiet and you can’t hear any neighbors. The pool is heated and very convenient. The parking is gated, safe and easily accessible. Vanderbilt Beach is a very short walk out the back of the condo which was convenient. Overall, great place, great location and we would highly recommend this condo to rent.

Wonderful experience at Vanderbilt Beach.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a month and would highly recommend it! The renovated condo was spacious and well appointed with many extras. As advertised it was just steps to the beach with a nice pool and lovely view of the bay and gulf. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was available to us. Aaron was exceptional to work with throughout the process. He was very accommodating to the needs of our family, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future. Thank you Aaron and Angie!

Wonderful month in outstanding condo!

My husband and I spent a fabulous month in this ideal location and very clean, comfortable condo! We were only sorry we didn’t book it for 6 weeks! The kitchen was well equipped! The location steps from Vanderbilt Beach and the park pass and kayak were awesome benefits! All we met were quite pleasant! Aaron was very helpful and we definitely plan on returning! Highly recommend! Naples is a great sunny playground!!

Terry was an outstanding tenant. We don’t expect this, but after he left the condo, it presented as if he never even stayed in the unit. He also left $50 in cash that was found in the beach buggy from a previous tenant. His ethics are a refreshing encouragement amidst the craziness today. Terry you will always be welcome back here.
