LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA. . 6 ADULTS PLUS . 2BED&BATH. Pet friendly but 25 $ a day . I get pissed if not compensated for pets . Attic Insulated 8-24.Updated enough, Power villa on a lagoon, salt marsh, tennis courts, 180 yards to the beach and Atlantic Ocean inLitchfield by the Sea , Pawley's Island, South Carolina. 215 feet from tennis courts, pickle ball , beach club, and bikesGreat food, awesome churches, nice local folks, an hour north of Charleston, 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Motorcycles are not allowed on the property, however, safe storage is provided for parking and trailers . I would suggest renting a golf cart if you have bikes and no other transportation. We all feel bad for Gregg Edwards .

Heron Marsh Villas is in the Litchfield by the sea community of Pawleys Island. Over 1500 square feet in size and offer covered parking underneath. water views in a peaceful setting. 24 hour security.Pets are welcome. I get mad if pets aren’t on reservation. 25$ a day . Just tell me you are bring them so I’m aware . I’m very easy going and easy to deal with if told what’s going on . I have worked to hard and payed to much to be taken advantage of . Generation x . I’m local and love this property. We are also very fair and loyal to our guests.. no secrets please . Reservation needs to match # of guests and pets . This is how we make our living . Stayed a few days at Stormsurge to visit family nearby. It was a nice warm spell in January but we didnt use the pool or resort amenities. The location is beautiful, condo was clean & comfy for my husband, myself & my service dog. Plenty of walking paths, peaceful views of pond. Easy drive to restaurants, state park & other fun. Didn’t need to contact host as everything was fine with check in & stay

Stewart was very responsive and helpful throughout the process from booking through our visit. The Condo was in an ideal location situated on a beautiful marsh with amazing views. It was clean and very comfortable for our ahort getaway to Pawleys Island.

My husband, sister, her husband, and I had a delightful visit at Storm Surge. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to the beach club and tennis/pickleball courts. We enjoyed the close proximity to Georgetown and Murell's Inlet for activities and restaurants. Great trip! Thank you for sharing your villa!

five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific.

Storm Surge

This was our third visit to Storm Surge, and it only gets better every year. It's clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. The beach is a short walk, the pool is across the street, a pond in the back for sunset views, and there are great walkways for biking or strolling. Our host is always just a phone call or text away and answers questions promptly and is willing to help in any way. Great time!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Amazing experience! Stewart, the host, goes above and beyond to communicate every detail prior to arrival. He even offered to bring in our grocery order if it arrived before we did! Would 100% rent this unit again in the future!

Great Getaway

Had a fun long weekend at Storm Surge. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Super easy process as far as communication, check in and check out. Very convenient to the beach, just a quick walk. Would stay again!

Pawley Island

Great location and complex. The unit was well suited for what we needed. A little dated but well worth the price. Can’t say enough about the Litchfield by the Sea complex. Golf cart rental made everything very accessible.

Celebrating the 4th!

We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping Pawleys and Litchfield have to offer. We had friends staying all over LBtSea so it was nice to walk to where they were all staying. Best part of all is it was pet friendly. Thanks again for the stay.

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better location! Being able to just walk across the street to beach access, the pool, and pickleball was great, especially for our teenage boys when they wanted some time away from the parents. Our toddler loved riding with us on the golf cart down to the other pool with the lazy river, or to the ice cream shop. The house was just as advertised and was well stocked with everything we needed. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. The only caveat I would add is that the washer is VERY loud when it gets to the spin cycle, so just be prepared for that. It only lasts a few minutes though. We had a great time and are so glad we found this place for our beach trip!

I love my HOA policy, beachside amenities and this low country area. The sea breeze here is phenomenal and there are no bugs! Beaufort County has the bugs...we allow pets and one day stays. . Private ownership
