Apartment on the 1st floor of a well maintained property, in the heart of the animation of Carnac beach, close to shops, the nautical base that is nearby, 1.4km from the supermarket. Direct access to Avenue Miln and its shops via secure gate, about 100m from the large beach.
Nice renovated apartment of about 85m², main exposure East, double balcony overlooking shopping street, private parking common to the residence, WIFI.
Local bikes + Local windsurfers.

- Living room with TV, TV cabinet, sofa bed 140cm, sofa 3 places, table, chair. Large bay windows opening onto double balcony equipped with outdoor furniture offering a small sea view.
- Independent kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 3 gas burners + 1 electric, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, storage.
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160cm, bedside tables, bedside lamps, ample storage
