Bed linen (sheets and towels) is not provided automatically in order to allow guests to bring their own, but can be made available upon request as an optional add-on to the Vrbo reservation (flat fee of €300 for the entire stay, regardless of the number of guests). If you do not choose this option, please bring your own sheets and towels.

A rental contract will be sent by email with standard terms and conditions.
You may request to review it before finalizing your reservation via the platform.
A holiday liability insurance certificate is required before the stay. An uncashed security deposit cheque of €2000 (sent by postal mail) will be returned within 15 days after departure. In case of pets, a €200 security deposit by non-cashed cheque will be required and refunded under the same conditions as the damage deposit.
Tourist tax: €2.61 per adult per night, automatically collected by VRBO. Minors are exempt - please indicate the age of any children under 18 before booking to avoid any overpayment of taxes.

Just steps from the house, enjoy the Atlantic Ocean for surfing, kitesurfing or a refreshing swim, with spots suited to all levels.
The nearby Biscarrosse lake is perfect for paddleboarding, boat rides, inflatable water games or simply relaxing with family.
A 27-hole golf course is just around the corner, and a network of cycle paths takes you through the Landes forest all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
