Guests will have full and private access to the entire property for an exclusive and seamless stay. A convenient self-check-in process provides access to:

Interaction with Guests
We respect our guests` privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won`t be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone should you have any questions or need assistance.

Historic Charm: This is a lovingly restored historic home. Please be aware that the stairs are original to the house and, while well-maintained, are part of its unique character.
• Climate Control: The home is fully equipped with window air conditioning units to ensure your comfort during warmer months.
• Waterfront Fun: The home is located near the waterfront. To help you enjoy the waterfront location, we provide beach essentials (towels, chairs) for your use.
• Guest Services: Long-term stays are welcome. Luggage drop-off may be allowed with prior arrangement to make your travel day easier.
• Security: For your safety and security, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the entrances.

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. It’s thoughtfully appointed and has a great layout. The location is great - walking distance to Mystic’s restaurants and shops, and lovely views of town from the upstairs bedroom. Gerard was an attentive and helpful host before and during our stay.

Excellent, home was well appointed and stocked with essentials and some extras. Very clean and easy to keep tidy. Location was really close to the best of Mystic. Gerard is both efficient and attentive, check in and out was explained well and is easy. I can't imagine a better host or property.

Perfection- the home was exactly as portrayed, the rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions to our host were addressed promptly! Cleanliness was exceptional! The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed, the mattresses were comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend both the home and the host! Fantastic stay!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Fantastic property! Extraordinary location in Mystic, clean, spacious, and able to easily hold our family group that came from 4 states. Gerard was very communicative and available to answer any questions.Our group mostly adults with 2 teenagers but I noticed at least 1 high chair, toys, games, and other available items which might be helpful for a stay with children.Definitely will stay again.

This is hands down the best VBRO property I have ever rented. The decor is sophisticated, the furniture including the beds are very comfortable. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The arrangement was conducive to gathering both inside and out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end appliances. We cooked several complicated meals, nothing we needed was missing. The ‘basic’ supplies of coffee,tea,sugar and even spices are more and generous. The host,Gerard, was very prompt in communicating. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic Stay!

This property is perfect for enjoying Mystic. It's walking distance to everything and so charming. The hosts are so welcoming and thoughtful. There are starter amenties and it's as close to a hotel or bed and breakfast as you can get for comfort. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great house, Great location!

Beautiful property! We had a family of 6 stay here and everyone was comfortable. The house was VERY clean and all the amenities were so helpful! Location was excellent and the homeowner was easily accessible and friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing spacious place nearby everything!

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property is beautiful, the location is literally perfect (2 mins walk to anywhere in downtown Mystic), and the host - Gerard, was really helpful and kind. Overall we will definitely be returning if we can!

Super Spot!

We had a great week in this beautiful victorian in Mystic, even more lovely in person than the pictures online! Perfect location to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Our family of 5 adults, plus a one year old, had plenty of space with the 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for meals, plus the large dining room was a great spot for eating and lots of indoor game nights (heatwave kept us mainly inside). Host was a terrific communicator and made sure we were well looked after during our week. Highly recommend this place for your Mystic adventure!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. We had 4 kids (ages 8mo-8years) and the house was the perfect accommodation. Easy walk to downtown with all the kids and a great launching point for other activities.
