RATES HAVE BEEN LOWERED TO COMPENSATE,IF THE BEACH IS ENOUGH,YOU CAN BOOK IT SORRY!!!
Newly remodeled and tastefully designed, THis Caribbean feel apt, boasts a sweeping Ocean View, which you can enjoy from the living room or relax in the balcony with a drink.
It has a full kitchen and two FULL bathrooms.
The King master bedroom and the adjacent bedroom with two FULL beds, all have brand new memory foam mattresses offering super comfy beds.
The Beach is our backyard,walk to the sand from our gate,we have a gorgeous pool and hot tub as well as a great Gym.(ask what's open during Covid restrictions)
I'm sure you will be very happy in our apt.!

The apartment was amazing with a great host who was very prompt with response. Very easy instructions to get in and parking spot was very handy for our rental car. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Gia’s Condo

Great location , very comfortable and well taken care and clean . The area is nice and safe . Gia the host was very nice and communicative. Maria the security was really nice too. Highly recommended , I’ll stay in the future again at Gias place .

Great place to stay

We had a great stay here—this place was perfect for what we needed! There are plenty of restaurants and even a store within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The staff at the property were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe.The best part for us was the easy beach access—you can walk right onto the sand from the property! While the building is showing a bit of its age, it’s still clean, nicely decorated, and offers a stunning view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The listing was accurate, and the location is very close to the beach and only about an 8-minute ride to the airport, which made travel extremely convenient. But because of the close proximity to the airport, light sleepers may hear planes overhead at times. It didn’t bother us at all, but it’s something to be aware of.A couple of suggestions for improvement: both bathrooms would really benefit from added shower storage (such as a tension pole shower caddy or mounted shelves). There isn’t a good place to put toiletries, so everything ends up on the shower floor.It would also be nice to have a couple of throw blankets available for the couch when relaxing in the evenings.One important note: several people in our group were looking forward to using the pool. After reading past reviews, it appears the pool has been closed since Hurricane Maria. The pool should likely be removed from the listing until it is fully operational to avoid confusion for future guests.Gia was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. She answered questions quickly and made the entire experience smooth. We appreciated her hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

Hi Ariel! I will add a shelf, No one had ever asked,good idea. The pool will open this summer, it is thevery first sentein my description, saying the pool was closed,unfortunately you didn't read it. We have the best beach in San Juan fortunately! You also wanted ghe apt cooles snd I srnt my ac tec asap to change the thermostat. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Convenient to the beach. Wasn’t our favorite beach on the stay by any means. Also convenient to airport and many other areas we traveled to daily. Nice communication with owner before and during stay. Grateful for the time there.

Lovely Stay in Isla Verde with Exceptional Host Support

We had a great stay in Isla Verde! On the day of arrival, we learned there was a temporary water outage in the area — a common occurrence in Puerto Rico — but Gia immediately offered us an alternate unit with running water. We appreciated the option and decided to stay at the original place, which had scheduled water access thanks to the building’s cistern. Gia was super responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment had most things we needed for a beach vacation, though a few items (like the cooler and boogie boards) could use an update. Overall, great location, great host, and a beautiful area. We’d definitely return!

March 4-7 2025

Three adults, 2 rooms, 3 beds, so we each had our own bed. We stayed in the same room last year and enjoyed it. This year the master bedroom bed was new (and nice!) and some decor was also updated. Isla Verde is near the airport, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The washer and dryer on site work well and are in good condition. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

Great condo in an excellent area. ESJ has always been a top choice and the view from this stay is breathtaking. We really needed and appreciated the 2 bathrooms, although everyone showered in the master bath, since they complained that the second shower was way too small. No matter, the two toilets were still a plus. Very minimal as far as amenities/supplies, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Beach supplies were a plus. Would stay again.

Birthday Trip

Overall very happy with the stay and Gia was an amazing host. Property was as advertised, in very nice area with shops and food spots right near by within walking distance. The actual property does need some updating but still very nice overall. Make sure to stop by the cafe downstairs, all the workers on property were extremely friendly. There was no pool due to maintenance but you have the beach right in the back so not a bother honestly and you can book a pool day pass right down the street.

Looks like my handyman left a few items there after fixing the shower,however,it's not that much and it will be taken out tomorrow,I just wish you had said something about it,after all you called and emailed me many times and never said anything! You know I responded asap when the living room TV dosconnected and you weren't able to reconnect it,I sent my tech guy the very next morning,you told me at midnight. Next time it disconnected,I actually bought a new TV and changed it,not one word about anything nice after you told me you will be back. It's nice to mention the good also...

Mostly ok. Bed frame seemed to be uneven and broken and then fixed as needed. Vacuum didn’t work Updates to condo were updated and nice furnishings although looks like place was half done and not finished. Location is nice in relation to beach. Pool unavailable. Fairmont el San Juan hotel right next door with easy access to feed and beverage.

John,thanks for the review. The bed was broken? Which bed? Please let me know as I've never had a complaint. I ade a board to the king to make it stronger,if that's what you mean,actually they all have one. Pool was closed as PER MY AD,first sentence,so no surprises there. Not sure what you mean it was half remodeled...this is a remodeled apt.

Great Location and Very Clean

The location was great! Right on the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The restaurants we enjoyed were Lupi's Mexican Grill, Lechonera Diego, and Platos, all within a few blocks. There's a cafe and bar in the ESJ lobby which was convenient. The building has security, was clean, and related staff in lobby area were helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage with security until checkin while we went to the beach. The unit was also very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the balcony view. Appreciated the mattresses were comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions and replied to all inquiries very quickly. Just be aware 2nd bathroom is very small. I'm 140lbs and was tight although usable for me. It was still better than having only one bathroom. Also be aware it's very close to airport and you can hear planes taking off from the unit although not from the beach. However this was not disturbing for us. One recommendation is for the shower floor in the main bathroom. It was clean but looks like caulking needs to be redone. I'd stay again!

Thank you for the great review! Just want to address the shower floor which is new as the bathroom was remodeled. There was a leak through the tiles we couldn't find,that product on top is e specifically to seal the tiles 100% unfortunately it has that yellowish color you noticed, so sorry! I may have to re do it again eventually. Please come back soon! It was a pleasure hosting you!

Très bon accueil. je recommande cependant de télécharger l'application avant l'arrivée et de s'assurer d'avoir du réseau et de la connexion pour le check in. les explications sont claires et l'appartement dispose de tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin y compris d'une belle vue.
