If you enjoy the beach, but not the crowds, you are about two miles from the sandy beaches. Farmer’s markets, wine bistros and coffee shops more your style, numerous quaint shops are found less than a mile away on Dearborn Street. Bring along your kayaks, boats or Rvs as Indian Mound Park/public boat launch is just a mile away. Parking for boats and Rvs available on premise. Spend the season soaking up the sun, nature, and culture in the quaint small-town atmosphere that is Englewood, Florida. Monthly rental availability.

What drew me to this adorable cottage is the close proximity to the bay, to town and the beaches. I am a licensed Florida real estate broker and have managed several other beach rentals for over twenty years. It is very important to me that my guests are pleased with this cute cottage. I am happy to answer any questions and work hard to ensure a great experience with my place at the beach.

Though we are not on the beach, this home is ideally located within a short bike ride or drive to so many fun things to do. You can enjoy the beach by day, then retreat away from the crowds to this sweet cottage. As a single-family home on a large lot, this home provides peace and privacy unsurpassed by any multi-unit type of residence. Parking is available for boats, trailers and RVs making this home desirable for travelers with extra accessories. Plenty of opportunities for socializing at the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants on Dearborn Street in the quaint downtown area or beachside, but you can always return to the serenity of your own home.
