The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Also, you are just steps from the fabulous Village restaurants with something sure to please every palate: An exciting night life, theaters, great shopping, renowned spas, galleries, and much more.

The Carlsbad Villas are equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental - everything you need to make your stay memorable. Unit A has an Ocean View and Unit B & C have views of the quaint Carlsbad Village. The vaulted ceilings, spacious floor plan, elegant granite, and custom decor truly give the feel of grandeur.

The property is spacious and all rooms had a king size bed and bathrooms. The location is great with easy walk to beach, restaurants and local shops. It was very pleasant stay.

Unit C is very nice. The rooms are large and spacious. The kitchen is adequate and fully stocked. Vehicle can be safely parked in the 2 car garage. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach. Rene stopped by to greet us. He was very nice. Would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect Getaway!

This was a perfect beach getaway! There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids and it had plenty of room for everyone. Such an easy walk to the beach, which we all loved. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Our week we by way too fast. We would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to the area!

Great property, 2 minutes to a great beach. 3 king sized beds! We enjoyed the beach chairs and the wagon to pull them. We had no issues with any part of our stay. Would gladly stay heretagain.

I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy everything Carlsbad has to offer. In walking distance to so many fun shops and restaurants as well as the beach. A fun new restaurant every night! Fun nightlife as well as plenty of breakfast places for the whole family. Plenty of shopping opportunities for everyone. The beach is so close which makes for lots of time spent lounging! When you are ready to come back the Airbnb has a plethora of great amenities as well. The three spacious rooms with the wide open kitchen, dining, and living room and the beautiful views! The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee! My family and I will absolutely be coming back!

Great condo in perfect Carlsbad location

This is our 2nd time staying here, it is a good value, close to ocean and close to great restaurants and bars in downtown Carlsbad.

Perfect location

Wonderful place to stay

The house is well maintained and is in a great neighborhood walking distance to the beach. The bedrooms are all good size and the master is very nice. The home gets good light. There are a number of stairs to get to the main living area and two of the bedrooms but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would use this home again.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful family vacation! The property was beautiful and the location can't be beat. An easy walk to the beach or to Carlsbad Village. We will definitely consider this location for future SoCal vacations.

We Will Be Back!

Roomy and clean, in a great location, this property was a rare find. Everything we needed was provided, anything we could want was in walking distance. The only time we used our car was to visit the Leo Carrillo Park, the sites in the city of San Diego, the trails in Torrey Pines, and the towns between Carlsbad and San Diego. The beach was down the street and the owner provided towels, chairs and a wagon. The Village of Carlsbad was around the corner from us and offered many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and even an outdoor sports bar all within walking distance. Clearly the owners make it a point to assure their guests are provided with a quick response to questions.

Great Location

Very close to the beach and multiple dining spots. All rooms are sizable with separate bathrooms. The common living room/kitchen area was very comfortable.

Ocean view

The property has high ceilings, and is very spacious. The kitchen and living room are upstairs with two of the three bedrooms and fits in perfect. The master bedroom has a direct view of the ocean and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the property. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and shower. The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted. The location is perfect if you enjoy walking to the local stores and businesses. With a little maintenance and thorough cleaning this property would be perfect.

LOCATION AND SPACIOUS HOME

Awesome place, wonderful view, excellent location to the Village, everything you need is in the home....love this place, we will absolutely be back!! Walked to train station to catch Padres game...if you are staying in Carlsbad, you can take the train from the airport and never need a rental car....anywho...thank you!!!!

Great location! Walking distance to beach and downtown Carlsbad.

Townhouse very clean and well stocked. Two blocks to beach and a few more blocks to restaurants. Having a garage at the beach is a plus. Property was very clean and ready when we arrived. Would stay here again!
