Superb house, nestled on the heights of a private domain in the Massif des Maures in a quiet and wooded environment, you will enjoy the infinity pool to admire the setting sun.

Located 18 km from the Gulf of St Tropez and 1 hour from the Verdon Gorges

Swimming pool, with submerged bench to relax and sunbathe in the water, surrounded by a 100m2 terrace with sunbeds, and night lighting.

10,000 m2 fenced land, with several terrace areas, natural and wooded garden, view of the hills.
Petanque court, trampoline, barbecue, multi-sports field of 128 m2 equipped for football, volleyball, basketball and badminton.

Ideal for families, the villa is open to the landscape and the outside through very large bay windows, it is air-conditioned and composed of:

- On the first floor:
a large kitchen living room of 60 m2, opening onto a terrace of 100 m2,
a master suite of 17 m2 with 160x200 bed, shower, vanity unit and view of the swimming pool,
a toilet

- Upstairs:
a master suite of 18 m2 with 160x200 bed, shower, double sink unit, opening onto a private terrace of 20 m2

The villa is absolutely beautiful - very stylish and clean. It is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The views from the villa are even better than shown in the photos. The football/basketball/volleyball field is very handy when travelling with children. There are also plentiful of sportgear and pool toys for use.The villa owners are extremely nice and helpful, and everything worked smoothly from the reservation until the check out. The location is very good to explore the area. There are a couple of good quality supermarkets in less than 15 minutes drive away as well as a very nice winery with a good restaurant just a few kilometres away.

Stunning view and new hoise

New house built on top of the hill in quiet area. Beautiful sunset. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and airco.

What a great stay

To be honest, we were a little afraid, it looked too good to be true, but: it’s true 😁. We booked this luxurious villa beginning this year & were longing for our family vacation. The communication with the host started after the booking. Every question we had was answered directly. If we had some requests, they were fulfilled. The house is in a fenced domain & the house itself is totally fenced, good for security 👍 We drove up the property & had enough space to park several cars (we drove with 3 cars) & were welcomed by the host. They explained everything thoroughly & left soon after. They even gave us some drinks to start our vacation. Everything was provided as mentioned, you really can’t imagine. The house itself has a great view, you can dine around the house: in the sun, or the shadow where the BBQ is. The pool is protected by an alarm so also another +1 for security 🙌 All the rooms are provided with an automatic AC with temperature control, so no too hot or cold nights. They are spacey and can be partial or fully darkened. Our shower even had a view on the woods 😍 I could write another 1000 positive points about the house, but you’ll need to experience yourselves, it’s totally worth it. I can just say we’ll be back in the future. Thanks!

Magnifique!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Christelle et Stephane. La vue sur le massif des maures a 180 degrés est magnifique C’est très appréciable de séjourner dans un endroit où tout est neuf. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la communication avec nos hôtes et encore merci pour l’attention à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci beaucoup!
