This expansive 4-bed, 4-bath private home accommodates up to 17 people and is within 5 minutes of Park City Mountain Resort and 10 minutes of Deer Valley Resort and Historic Main Street. Spend the morning by the fireplace, the afternoon at the grill and the evening in the hot tub soaking in the view! Hop on the shuttle and hit the slopes or explore Main Street for restaurants, shopping and art galleries!

Great house!

We loved having the three levels to spread out and enjoy. The hottub, common area and backyard made for great memories. Would stay here again!

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at this Park City home! The kids aged10-16 loved hanging out in the downstairs bunk room and living area. The hot tub was also a big hit, as was the community pool. The house has seen a lot of use during ski season, but is wellmaintained and outfitted. The kitchen has every small appliance from crock pot to air fryer! My family especially appreciated the two washer and dryers. Betsey is a helpful, responsive and engaged host. The house is close to shopping areas and also the OlympicSports Park. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Canyons

We had a group of 10, and this place comfortably accommodated us. It's in a good location; you just need to go out the back road with the traffic light to have a chance at getting out in morning ski traffic.

Great stay!

We came to see the fall colors and stay somewhere close to trails and close to shopping and dining. The property was just as great as the pictures shown in listing and kitchen was very well stocked with items. Bear Hollow Stay

The property was great. We had 14 people from 9 years old to 67 and it was perfect for everyone. Location is ideal for outlets, Smiths Supermarket, and an abundance of food within a mile. Short drive to Canyons (3-4 minutes) and to Downtown Park City (9-10 minutes).

Amazing house in perfect location

This house was beautiful! It fit our group perfectly and had a really nice layout for large groups. The kids loved having their own space in the basement and the bunk room. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever rented--it had everything you need to cook for a big group. The location was perfect—near the Canyons, close to shopping and restaurants, and right next to a walking and biking trail. We loved the hot tub in the backyard but also liked having access to the clubhouse and pool around the corner. We will definitely be booking again!

We loved everything about this house. The location and layout of the house was perfect for our two families. Well stocked kitchens for cooking group dinners. Lots of amenities that you typically don't find in a rental. A large garage to keep skis and boards. And the hottub with the view was amazing! We hope to return again next year!

Great Bear Hollow Home

The home was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. The bunk room was so nice that our group of four teenage girls all slept there and we wound up with an extra bedroom even with a total of seven people. We never ran out of hot water and the kitchen was well appointed. Communication from the owner was great, including the welcome email. We will be back.

Great Place for a Group Ski Getaway

Group of 10 adults skiing park city. There was a lot of space, big kitchen, lots of beds and bathrooms which was important. Our minor maintenance requests were handled promptly. Great location for free bus to Park City skiing or for going downtown (probably for Deer Valley, too, but we skied PCMR). Convenient location for grocery store, ABC store, nearby walmart, etc. Would stay there again. Was clean and plenty of space.

There were areas of the house that were much smaller than the phots represented , but overall the house was great. With the exception of the carpets needing cleaning. Particularly the stairs carpet. Cute house

Great house

Great house. Only thing was that one of the beds was broken. Owner replaced it after 2 days but she said she didn’t know about it. She responded to us and did her best.
