Come and enjoy the invigorating Savoie air in this beautifully refurbished triplex apartment on the top floor (no lift), offering stunning mountain views.
This flat sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has a very bright living room with open-plan kitchen, a balcony where you can enjoy a delicious meal and its unobstructed view, the second floor has a shower room and a mountain-facing bedroom that's not overlooked, and on the third floor you'll find a mezzanine under the roof with sleeping accommodation. For tennis fans, the residence has a tennis court available to tenants.
This flat is perfect for hitting the slopes in winter and hiking in summer!
The flat
With a surface area of 50 m², the duplex apartment is as follows:
Day area:
- Living room with sofa, dining table for 6 and TV.
- Open-plan kitchen: oven, fridge, hob, Italian coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue machine, washing machine, crockery and cutlery...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1 on the second floor: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A mezzanine open to bedroom 1 on the third floor: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and two single beds.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and wall-hung WC.
- Storage space and clothes hangers.
Outside area:
- A 5 m² balcony with a coffee table and two outdoor chairs. East-facing, from sunrise to midday, ideal for breakfast or brunch.
The area :
The neighbourhood is very quiet, surrounded by mountains. The residence's tennis court provides the opportunity to play in magnificent surroundings. The accommodation is located in a beautiful mountain valley at the crossroads of the Aravis and Beaufortain ranges. A view of Mont Blanc is just a 10-minute walk away.
Close to all amenities, 10 minutes' walk from the village of St Nicolas de la Chapelle and the village of Flumet, where you'll find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.
You can also go to the Val d'Arly cheese-making cooperative, 5 minutes' drive from the slopes.
What to do :
In winter
- Downhill skiing (Val d'Arly/Espace diamant ski area with 192 km of runs in total) 5 minutes' drive away or by Skibus from the bottom of the residence. The nearest chairlift is at Les Evettes. The Megève and La Giettaz ski areas are also a 15-minute drive away.
- Cross-country skiing at Praz sur Arly or Les Saisies.
- Ski joering (on horseback) at Flumet.
- Toboggan run.
- Snowshoe itineraries all around.
- Ski touring.
In summer
-Private tennis court with free access.
- Flumet lake 10 minutes' walk away for swimming.
- Numerous mountain walks.
- Mountain bike and electric bike trails all around.
- Paragliding, climbing.
- Downhill mountain biking with ski lifts (Espace Diamant or Espace Evasion Mont-Blanc).
Transport
- Bus to Flumet, with public transport all year round.
- Albertville SNCF train station 22 km away.
- A free skibus runs past the residence every winter to take you to the Flumet ski resort in 5 minutes.
- A private, closed car park, under the residence's tennis court (4x4 parking possible), one private space only. The car park is limited to a height of around 2 metres, so a vehicle with a roof box cannot park there.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
