Chic: 3 Bed, 2 Bath. Cozy stay- fully decorated with a full size Christmas tree

Please enjoy our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and has everything you can think of, and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and the famous Branson Strip! Can sleep up to 9 with a queen air mattress located in a second bedroom closet if needed.

Two of the bedrooms each feature a cozy & luxurious queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom provides a queen bed with a pull-out sleeper trundle that sleeps 3 total in the room. Each bedroom is complete with its own flat-screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies and tv shows. Prepare any meal you desire in the modern kitchen that comes well-equipped with everything you will need, along with a coffee bar. Please enjoy the quaint & wistful backyard patio area complete with bistro lights for both daytime and after-hours enjoyment.

Relax on the leather couch or chair while you enjoy your favorite Netflix movies on the 60-inch flat screen tv in the spacious living room; or play some of our family's favorite boards games while you're making memories! If you have any questions please text me direct at 417-230-6565.

NEW FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: Beginning November 1st through January 3rd, the unit will be decorated for the holidays, including a full-sized Christmas tree!

Please Note: If you need to rent multiple condos we have access to an additional unit of the same size right next door to accommodate your larger family or group. Please ask about availability and our group rates.

It is a nice condo, easy to find. We really enjoyed the hot chocolate with marshmallows and peppermint and the microwave popcorn. Would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The decorating impeccable, lotions and soaps were a wonderful bonus! The Christmas Tree was so beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We will be back! I did need coffee in the morning but next time I'll remember to bring some! Loved the hot chocolate and Christmas tree marshmallows. The bow blankets, the bow kitchen towels. Really impressed. Thank you!!

Quick Stay For A Concert

Great stay. Property was nice and clean. Very inviting and cozy. Had everything we needed. Close to restaurant and activities. Easy for Uber and Lyft to find. Great stay all the way around.

Mom & daughters weekend

Great place - just as described! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped (even a pizza stone!) and the patio was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We loved our time there and would definitely rent again.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect for the 6 guest that travelled. Property was located just minutes away from all our planned activities. Found the location clean, well cared for and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend for a cozy weekend retreat.

Traveling with the Teens

Took our senior daughter and some of her friends to Branson for the weekend. We had a great time, the condo had plenty of room. It is a little bit out of town, but easy to get to. We have stayed at here before and have never had a bad experience.

Property was clean, however, there was no bar soap or gel for taking showers (had to go buy some) a d there was no extra bedding (mom slept on the couch).

I was raised in Branson and love to show off my hometown! I married my sweetheart Jeff in 2011 and we are living our favorite adventure raising our 2 adopted kids Joey (8) and Elli (7) along with our 2 doodles Addy & Boomer.

Our family loves to travel as well, and we have over 35 years of combined experience in the Branson travel industry. We know how good it feels to walk in the door where you are staying when on vacation, and know right away you made the right choice. Nothing excites us more than providing a setting for our guests to make the memories of a lifetime as they fall in love with Branson the same way we have.
