Charming villa with magnificent pool

Nestled in the heart of nature in an enchanting setting, this home evokes the spirit of vacation to the sound of cicadas. Cozy nooks invite you to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the large, sun-drenched pool. On the tree-lined terrace, you can share convivial meals around the table and enjoy aperitifs at the bar in the welcoming, contemporary kitchen. From the pool, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the large Mediterranean garden with its two charming water features. The house faces due south and is not overlooked. Its location is ideal—quiet yet close to all the shops in Saint-Jean-de-Vedas and Montpellier, as well as its beaches and ports, with direct access to the A9 highway. The Saint-Jean clinic is just 2 minutes away.
In the summer, the interior temperature of the house remains pleasant even without air conditioning, thanks to its construction in the style of a traditional “mazet.” It features 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms and a study with a bookshelf—perfect for some privacy or quiet work—and the study includes a pull-out bed. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one of which has an en suite bathroom.
Without needing a car, you can step right out the gate to enjoy lovely walks through the garrigue and along the river.
Parking in front of the house for two cars and additional parking inside the property.
Detached house on a large lot with an attached apartment on the north side, available for year-round rent, featuring completely separate access with no access to the pool.
Recently renovated and with a new housekeeping team for this year!
