We offer you a comfortable, air-conditioned 25m2 studio apartment in La Garde (Var), in a very quiet residential area.
The independent single-storey studio has a private garden with a dining area, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Facilities for 2 people :

-Bed linen and towels provided
- Free wi-fi access
- Fully equipped kitchen: hob, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave...
- Bathroom
- Air conditioning and heating (+ fan)

-Washing machine and dishwasher

Located just :
5 minutes by car (15 minutes on foot) from the magnificent criques Anse Mejean and Anse Magaud,
10 minutes by car from the beaches of Le Mourillon, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, etc.)
10-minute drive to Toulon city center.
10 minutes by car from the Mayol, Grand Var and Avenue 83 shopping centers.
The studio is close to all amenities (5-minute walk):
Convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies, tobacconists.
