She is located in the small remote village of the guards 2.5km from Saint-Jacques des Blats. You will be peaceful, in the heart of nature and will be able to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the beautiful mountains surrounding it.

Ground Floor:

This charming house has a very friendly living room with television, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance (Savoyard and Burgundy), as well as other accessories that complement these facilities, which is open to the dining room.

This house has a stove at your disposal for cooler days, as well as numerous board games.

You will find a washing machine and toilets on the ground floor.



Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190, as well as a bedroom with 1 double bed in 140x200 and separate WC.



On the second floor, you will find a room with a double bed in 160x200 as well as an armchair.



A superb terrace and balcony are at your disposal to enjoy beautiful days and nature, you will be able to admire a superb view directly via the house's balcony. The outdoor equipment (charcoal barbecue, table, parasol,...) will allow absolute comfort outdoors.

A parking space is available in front of the house.

WiFi is available in this accommodation free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented at a price of 20 euros per person.
