Easy access to boat ramp, loved it had two bedrooms with baths very comfortable beds and furniture, the only thing i would have to say is a need for more toilet paper and trash bags, and the ac fiter needed changing and return vent needed cleaning, other than that Great Place.Thank you lady.

Thank you for your feedback. There should have been extra paper & trashbagsin the utility closet. I will definitely get the AC filter changed & return vent cleaned.

First off the baths towels were in the dryer and not dryed all the way ,which made them smell like mildew..there was a almost empty roll of paper towels and no rolls to replace ,there was old food in the cabinets and refrigerator. There is actually a weekly pill dispenser full of pills that is in the cabinet that Im assuming was left by a guest.The queen bed in the master bedroom had no top sheet just a comforter.there was no bath mat in either bathrooms..which made for a slippery exit out of the shower. There was old bar soap left in the showers.The toilet in the second bathroom had the water turned off because it wouldn't shut off after you flushed it.On a good note the A/C worked perfectly and had ceiling fans in all the rooms.The recliner in the living room needs to be trashed. .it leans to the left ..The trailer was a nice trailer ,it just needs a little of attention to make it better.

Please accept my apologies for all of this. It must have been an oversight from my cleaners and I will get on that right away. This is not the standard that we expect for our rentals. We hope we can provide a better experience for you in the future if you'll give us the chance.

The house was great!

The house was very clean, great water pressure! It was super convenient being so close to the boat ramp off of 454. The drive through carport was the best! I have a long truck and boat and it was very nice being a pile to pull through. I will definitely be renting here again next year!

Easy access to the lake and amenities in Del Rio

I have stayed here 3 times now in the past 8 years. The location is great for being away from the city, but close enough to town if you need something. The parking is great for trucks and trailers, or boats. I had plenty of covered parking left over with 2 vehicles and a trailer to still be able to set up a table outside and utilize the grill every night for supper. Great place for fisherman and hunters to have a good place to sleep and keep their gear safe.

Very clean, roomy and cozy! Also, extremely happy it was such a short drive from the lake!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Easy instructions on check-in/check-out and I could get a hold of the property owner easily if needed. I would definitely stay here again!
