Newly Updated 3 Bedroom Townhome with Private Hot Tub & 2 Car Heated Garage!

This newly updated townhome is exquisitely designed to emanate an aura of tranquility from the moment you step inside. Comfortable furnishings, strategically placed wall hangings, & an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings make this home feel peaceful & cozy. This unit is located at the end of a quiet street & offers pleasant views of the adjacent meadow & farmland from your own private patio.

The Black Bear Bungalow is situated on the west end of town & offers a plethora of activities just outside your door no matter the season. During the summer, take a three-minute walk to the links at the Whitefish Lake Golf Course which features two pristine 18-hole courses. Additionally, a two-minute drive will take you to the Lion Mtn. Trailhead which grants access to an expansive trail system for both hikers & mountain bikers.

In the winter months, the golf course transforms into a winter wonderland of cross-country skiing with over 10 miles of groomed trails. The trails are lit during the evening & skis can be rented on-site. Be sure to stop at the Grouse Mountain Lodge during your ski to warm up with a warm cup of hot cocoa or your favorite libation.

The Space:

Entry through the two-car garage to this 2,300-sf townhome greets the guest with a spacious mud room with plenty of room to unload all of your gear. The lower level features the guest bedroom (with a king bed) as well as the bunk room (two twin beds, & two full beds). A shared full bath with a shower-tub combo separates the two lower-level sleeping quarters.

A walk up the stairs lands the guest in the great room, which is composed of a living room, dining area with seats for six, &fully-equipped kitchen. The living room features an elegant gas fireplace unit as well as access to a private north-facing patio. Step out of the kitchen onto your private deck which offers an amazing atmosphere for grillin’& chillin’ given the rolling meadow to the west & breathtaking sunset views. A trip down the upstairs hall passes by the laundry closet & leads to the spacious master bedroom equipped (king bed) with a walk-in closet & a shared-entry master bath.

Very nice property in Whitefish. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Property managers were very responsive and easy to work with. Nice drive to Glacier National Park and very close to downtown Whitefish. Highly recommend this property!

Nice Location just outside of Whitefish

This was a very nice find at a good price and just minutes from the downtown shopping and activities. The private home and hot tub were a big plus, and the hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Whitefish.

Whitefish Weekend

Had a wonderful relaxing weekend getaway with my family. The bunkbed room is a fantastic haven for kids of most ages and the beds were very comfortable. The place was very cleaned and well stocked. The hot tub deck with the quiet rural feel was the topper on the cake. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family vacation rental.

I would definitely rent this again! There was plenty of room for my two kids 19 and 15. They had plenty of room in the bunk bed room! We had another couple in the other bedroom downstairs. Then we had the master bedroom upstairs. With plenty of room,the closet was great! Nice and big! All of the beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice. We all loved our beds so that made everyone comfortable. My only complaint would be not enough toilet paper. Kind of a weird thing but I did other reviews after we left and a few have said that. We did run out upstairs. So maybe the owners could figure something out with that? It was a great space with plenty of room, which we really enjoyed. The street was very quiet!

Couples Motorcycle Trip Through Glacier

Came to Whitefish to drive motorcycles through Glacier. Check-in process was easy. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was great to sit in after a long day of riding a motorcycle. Nice to have a garage to park.

Close to everything and Great beds!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown, the lake, and golf coarse. The beds were so comfortable which is a big deal to me! Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the area downstairs to play.

Lovely stay

Great property with awesome location. Hot tub was great. Only con, owner did not have any spare toilet paper in the house. Was left with only 1 roll for the week in the upstairs bathroom. Other than that, great stay.

Great family vacation rental

We loved this rental. The kids had their own space, it was clean, had everything we needed and was very easy to get to downtown and the ski resort. The hot tub was great and the view of the mountain and fireworks was awesome from the deck.

Great location & comfortable condo

We stayed at this condo with our two kids & another family of three. This condo has a great layout for two families. The property manager was easy to get ahold of & very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable!
