Enjoying a privileged location, this F3 apartment, of approximately 70m2, can accommodate 4/6 people. Composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 large closets, as well as 2 private bathrooms.
The living room includes an open-plan kitchen, a living/dining room with television. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, hood, Nescafé coffee maker and washing machine. The master bathroom includes: walk-in shower and double sink. The second bathroom includes: shower and sink, separate toilet.
The tree terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals in the shade or in the sun. A secure parking space is allocated to the apartment. On request, household linen can be provided at the expense of the tenant.
Pets are not allowed. Maximum 4 people.

Enjoyable stay in Calvi

Really nice and spacious apartment. The location is phenomenal. About 2 minutes on foot to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and a good 10 minutes to get to the old town and the harbor. The key handover didn't go completely smoothly, but it was resolved immediately. All in all, very nice and we had a great time

Chambre parentale literie toute tachée.Dans l'autre chambre problème pour se doucher, nous avons demandé d'intervenir sur la douchette défectueuse, Maria nous en a porté une et l'a laissé sur place dans son emballage disant qu'elle reviendrait la placer...Nous l'attendons encore!!!Manque cruellement de vaisselle.

Logement bien équipé et très bien situé à proximité de la plage de Calvi, des commerces, du port et de la voie du train Calvi - l‘île Rousse qui dessert les belles plages. Merci pour cet accueil.

Pas d’air climatisé dans les chambres, de plus elles sont sans fenêtres. Toilette vieillotte et pas dans les photos, sans lavabo pour se laver les mains. Accueil de Maria gentil.

Le logement était mignon mais pas propre. En plus les deux chambres étaient sans fenêtre j'avais oublié. Pour l'hygiène il serait nécessaire de rajouter des alèzes sur les matelas.
