4-bedroom house with a garden in Platin, a 5-minute walk from the beach

A 4-room house in a quiet location in the Platin neighborhood, 5 minutes from the beaches and the center of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, and near the Customs Officers’ Trail.
Living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Ideally located in a quiet area yet close to the shops of the charming seaside resort of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, enjoy the garden and its gazebo in the shade of the pine trees. You’ll have the choice of walking to either a more secluded beach (Le Platin) or a more family-friendly one (Le Bureau). The wild coast and the La Palmyre Zoo are just a few kilometers away. For sports enthusiasts, you’ll be close to surfing spots (Grande Côte Beach) and the Royan Golf Course (1.2 km).

The house is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Situated between large trees, it is nice and cool even on warm days. Beaches and center of St Palais are well within walking distance. The shed and the pergola could use some paint, and the neighbors can see you, but that said: we had a great week. Highly recommendable.
