Our villa, completely renovated in 2022, has two pleasant apartments (T4 upstairs / T2 on the first floor) for seasonal rental in a quiet neighborhood area. <br>The property of about 1000 m2 is fully fenced and has a garden suitable for reading where you can relax or have BBQs and picnics in the shade of the pine trees (more than 10 meters high).<br>Bright and pretty apartment.<br>Independent entrance.<br><br>This 55 m2 T2 can accommodate 3 people:<br><br>- 3 adults,<br>or <br>- 2 adults + 1 child, <br>or <br>- 2 adults + 1 baby, <br><br>Babies are allowed, (no supplements, equipment provided and included in the rental price) <br>Children are accepted from 6 years old.<br><br>It has a private outdoor terrace of 12 m2 under the pine trees with garden furniture, dining area and charcoal BBQ. (private exteriors about 70 m2)<br><br>The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped. Small + cooler and picnic necessary provided + Parasol. <br>These 2 bright rooms are separated by a breakfast/dining/aperitif counter for 3.<br><br>The 12 m2 bedroom has a 140X190 bed. <br>This room can be equipped to accommodate 1 baby.<br>Free service: travel cot + mattress, playpen + mattress, booster seat, changing table/folding bath, safety rail, baby monitor, potty, shower seat, meal equipment, towels, sheets and mattress pads.<br><br>In the living room, a 140 sofa bed can accommodate one person.<br>The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle. <br>The toilet is independent.<br>The villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach of Calvi, a supermarket and less than 10 minutes from the city center of Calvi.<br>Free parking is outside the villa in front of the entrance. <br>The garden is accessible by car for the installation and drop-off of luggage.<br>Composter and sorting bins in the garden.<br><br>Cleaning fees included.<br>Personalised rental contract with description of the accommodation.<br>

What an amazing place

The place is really well done up, to high standards. We were a bit apprehensive that there is also 3 bed place above, but we were the only ones, and the space in the garden is more than you could wish for. Even if there were people, you have your own private space to relax or have bbq in the evening etc. The space was super clean, and equipped with everything. It is located 20-25 min walk from Calvi centre, on a well light up road with pavements. It is 15 walk to Calvi beach, there are supermarkets within walking distance as well, although we did have a car. We liked the place so much we are already thinking when can we go again, thank you Gloria and Daniel so much.

Calvi est un endroit magique et magnifique. Nous avons été recu par Daniel et Gloria des supers proprios agreable a l'écoute et disponible a tout moment la location etait trop sympa tres propre et a notre gout. Avec un tres bel extérieur. Tres bien placé a 15mm a pied de la plage un vrai bonheur.Toutes commodités autour de nous.

Zwei zauberhafte Wochen in Calvi

Die zweite Hälfte August haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung, die sich im Erdgeschoss einer Villa in einem ruhigen Viertel in Calvi befindet, verbracht. Zur Verfügung hatten wir eine schöne Terrasse mit zahlreichen Sitz-, Liege- und Grillmöglichkeiten und den ganzen sehr geräumigen wunderschönen mediterranen Garten, so dass man, wenn man wollte, den ganzen Tag im Freien um die Villa herum verbringen konnte. Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort Calvi selbst und seine Umgebung bieten zahlreiche Erkundungsmöglickeiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerrichtet. Alles sehr charmant. Die Austattung ist perfekt, alle möglichen Geräte und Gerätschaften bis hin zu den Strandbadetüchern, Sonnenschirmen für den Strand und dem tragbaren Kühlschrank. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2 Minuten Autoentfernung. Das ganze wurde von unseren Gastgebern Daniel und Gloria taktvoll betreut. Wir wurden von ihnen umsorgt, jede Kleinigkeit wurde schnell geklärt und dazu bekamen wir auch Infos und Tipps zu möglichen Ausflugszielen oder Erklärungen aus der Geschichte und dem Alltagsleben der Bevölkerung. Daniel spricht perfekt italienisch und das war unsere Verständigungssprache. Diese Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen wärmstens zu empfehlen. Man konnte für zwei Wochen den Alltagstrott total vergessen.

Très bon contact avec Nicolas et sa compagne qui ont eu la mauvaise surprise, à la fin de leur séjour, de trouver la pergola cassée suite aux intempéries. Merci pour leur compréhension. Depuis la tempête a encore fait des siennes sans trop de dégâts dans la propriété. Une nouvelle pergola est en cours d'installation. Merci d'avoir rendu l'appartement propre et rangé. Excellent accueil par les hôtes

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Les équipements étaient conformes à l annonce. Les hôtes ont été très sympathiques et ont un vrai sens de l accueil. Nous recommandons.

Locataires très agréables et de bon conseil. Merci de nous avoir orientés dans le choix du BBQ, c’est vrai que la cuisson au charbon est bien meilleure ! Grace à eux nous avons anticipé l’achat de la table de ping-pong qui a aussi profité aux locataires suivants.
