Welcome to this professionally decorated vacation home located on the fourth floor of Windsor Place in Hilton Head Island. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by the inviting Family Room that offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Open the sliding door and step onto the balcony, where you'll instantly realize you've made the perfect choice for a fabulous vacation on Hilton Head. Start your day by watching the sun rise over the ocean and unwind in the evening, whether you've spent your day playing golf, tennis, enjoying the beach, biking, or exploring. The fantastic oceanfront balcony is a serene spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

The Family Room is designed with a comfortable sectional sofa, two occasional chairs, and a high-definition TV, ensuring ample space for all six guests to unwind and enjoy each other's company. Additionally, the villa includes a full-size laundry room for your convenience, so you can easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay. The Kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests, and a raised countertop bar with three stools. This layout allows for a convenient space to enjoy meals and engage in conversations while still being able to admire the ocean view.

The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed strategically positioned to offer a view of the ocean. Open the sliding door and step out onto your private balcony, an ideal place to begin or end your day in tranquility. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds, accommodating up to four guests, and has its own private bathroom. The larger of the two bathrooms offers a dual vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower, providing ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Beautiful villa with plenty of room and a nice view of the pool area and peeks of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was covered and easy access. Very quiet and clean location. I would definitely stay again!

Great experience all the way around

Beautiful condo in a great location. Would highly recommend this place, especially for tennis and pickleball players. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center is action packed with clinics and open court time.

Great vacation area.

The room was very nice and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. Great view of the pool and ocean. Just steps to the beach. Rented bicycles for the week and easily rode them everywhere. Perfect area for a family vacation.

Perfect vacation condo

My husband, two teenagers, and I had a wonderful week long stay. This condo was perfect! Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean off the balcony. Pool and beach are literally steps away. We had no issues during our stay but I did contact the property manager with some questions before our vacation and they were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved our vacation in Hilton Head and at this condo!

Windsor ll

First, the good. Windsor ll is a well kept complex. This unit is spacious and adequately equipped. The decor is '1980's motel' as the photos show. Beds are comfortable. There is plenty of parking under the building and outside. The bad part was the noise. They were replacing windows and sliding doors in most units, which involved 2 large cranes that fired up at 8am every morning and lasted all day, along with saws and drills. Our rental agents were aware that this project was 2 months behind schedule, but opted not to mention it before we arrived. It took us a few days to realize this was not going to go away, long after we'd unpacked and settled in for the 4 week stay. Since the pool is in the center of the complex, there was no getting away from the noise. The agency seems to believe we didn't need to know about this and should have been happy to just endure the noise, as they won't respond to requests for guest protection policy. The other problem was the one elevator that served the entire wing. It broke down weekly; and the final week we were there, it was out almost the whole week. We were really worried we might have to haul all our belongings down 4 flights of stairs for our departure, but it was finally fixed the day before we left! This was an ongoing problem according to our rental agent. We got this AFTER we left. This is the kind of information I think this review forum is for- and you won't get from a rental agency.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, sadly the regime and board direct all management and construction around this villa, as a rental company we have no control of when and where they decide to work. We typically love Hilton head, but this was an incredibly negative experience from start to finish.First and foremost, we were not able to get into our unit at the planned check in time. Our entry code to the unit did not work. We called the property manager to let them know and reached an answering service. They were not able to get in touch with anyone for the property. We waited around for hours, called multiple times and got no response from the property manager. It wasn’t until later that evening someone called us back with an updated code so we could get into the unit. We essentially lost the entire first evening of our trip because they had sent the incorrect door codeImmediately upon entering the unit, we realized this unit smells strongly of CIGARETTE SMOKE. The entire unit smelled like an ashtray. Furniture, carpets, etc…. clearly a smoking unit. We called the property manager again and a maintenance man was sent over with some scented spray which did nothing to get rid of the cigarette smell.On a much lesser note, the kitchen was poorly equipped, the furniture is dated and uncomfortable in general and the “free bike rental“ that came with the unit did not show up until after 5 PM on the day we had rented them for.Very poor customer service and a very poor rental unit. We will be staying someplace different with a different property manager on our next trip to Hilton head.

Clean but needs upgrades

The property was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. However, we were really disappointed that the outdoor furniture had dirty and frayed cushions. The kitchen is NOT well stocked with proper pans, cooking dishes or utensils. There was one, rusty cookie sheet and one small casserole dish. No pizza pan, no other baking dishes. The two skillets available were pitted and in bad shape. The silverware was ultra cheap. A real disappointment since we like to cook and try new recipes during vacation. It looks like several updates were done, to be current with gray and white colors, but old stuff was left behind, like the brown carpet in the bedrooms, very uncomfortable green couch with stains and super old tan blinds that don't shut properly. For the cost of the unit, we did expect a lot better.

The view of the pool and gardens is peaceful and pleasant, however in the evening, from about 8pm to midnight there is a cacophony, and by that I mean a deafening noise, created by the frogs that inhabit the ponds below the windows. The kitchen is modern and practical but we were quite dissatisfied with the way the place lacked basic supplies. We were shocked to discover not an ounce of coffee (enough for the first morning would have been sufficient), no salt or pepper, sugar, and no condiments whatsoever. I did find the dish soap and laundry soap and DW detergent you kindly provide. This sends the message that they are more concerned with guests’ ability to clean up after themselves than they are with the ease of their enjoyment upon arriving on property. Further, we were very disappointed to discover that our door lock had changed 2 hours earlier than our appointed departure time and left us locked out of our place at a critical moment in preparing for a flight departure. It took 2 phone calls to the property manager’s office and a 20 minute wait to resolve the situation. Further, the cleaning crew arrived at 9:25 am. Again, this was prior to our departure time and an unwelcome intrusion.

Kate, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. A starter supply of coffee is supplied, we wish we had known it wasn't there and we would have brought you over some! Due to covid cleaning protocols we don't leave condiments in the properties and that is for the safety of our guests. We do provide laundry and dish soap so that the guests have a starter supply if they need to do dishes during their stay instead of needing to go to the store right away. We love our keyless entry door locks but unfortunately technology still makes mistakes even if it doesn’t happen often. I apologize it took 20 minutes, we were driving to the office and unable to create a new code until we stopped. We will let the housekeeping company know about the early drop in so that it doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you again for your feedback and we apologize for the frustrations you faced.

Great Location

Overall, the property was great! It was comfortable and plenty big enough for a family of 3. While it was within walking distance of the beach, the ocean view was pretty limited. The refrigerator never got very cold. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have shades that better kept out the morning sunlight.

July at Hilton Head

Wonderful! Unit and grounds were exceptionally clean and very pleasant. Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Landscaping was great. Location was great ... easy walk to ocean and pool along well maintained walks. Convenient location for restaurants, groceries, shopping. Access to laundry and a full kitchen was perfect. We highly recommend this unit and hope to be back very soon!

Great Stay

The condo was great, service was excellent, Explore was a wonderful addition to our stay; I took advantage of the golf multiple times during our stay.
