Spacious, serene, very bright. Located on the 1st floor of a freestone building, in a quiet place in our beautiful little town, our apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 140 cm bed. A travel cot and a baby high chair can be provided free of charge depending on availability. It also has a terrace with garden furniture and above all a closed parking lot with a private location.

Located in a quiet place in our beautiful little town, you will nevertheless be a stone's throw from its dynamic city center (5 minutes walk).
While strolling you will enjoy the picturesque beauty of the old walled town with its cobbled streets, the shady market square surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and various shops.

The nearest beaches (Tizzano, Roccapina, Propriano, Portigliolo, Campomoro) are located at a distance of about 15 to 20 minutes. Water activities are available: sailing, boating, windsurfing and scuba diving; 15 minutes away in the Baracci valley you can access activities of Canyoning - Zip lines - Via Ferrata - Adventure Park, Tree climbing.

Arrivals are from 2pm on Saturdays and 5pm on other days, departures no later than 9.30am.

A deposit check of 1000 € (not cashed) is to be given when you hand over the keys, if you do not have a check you can make a wero transfer (or by iban on request) or a cash payment; It will be returned to you if the inventory of fixtures at the end of the stay corresponds to the one made at the beginning of the stay.

Linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels and not beach towels) is provided for the 1st week, for any additional request (1st week and other) a flat rate of 50 € will be requested per room.
