We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer, this charming studio, in 200 m of the beach of Kerfany, of a surface of 22 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², a kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi. We are waiting for you!
It is equipped with a living room of 12 m² (about 129 ft²), with a fitted and with a cellar:
- A living room of 12 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and storage space.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A private outdoor car park, located below the residence.
- The residence also has a petanque ground, pickleball pitch and table tennis tables.
Neighbourhood :
The flat is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the surrounding villages, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Kerfany beach located at 200 m (4 minutes on foot).
- Pont Aven is 18 km away (22 minutes by car).
- Quimperlé 16.9 km (23 minutes by car).

You can walk along the GR 34 coastal path which goes around Brittany, the proximity of the ocean will also give you the opportunity to practice various water sports. Discover also the famous village of painters of Pont-Aven.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house.

Lieu agréable. Appartement bien. Petit souci avec une plaque d'induction.
Attention avec la salle de bain. Vraiment très petite. Heureusement que nous sommes minces car pour des personnes fortes, difficultés pour aller aux toilettes et surtout pour prendre une douche car vraiment trop petite. Sinon, nous avons apprécié l'équipement.

L'emplacement à cinq minutes de la plage et un logement calme et très lumineux grâce aux trois grandes fenêtres. La terrasse dont on peut bien profiter même si elle n'est pas privative. Le parc alentours. Tout ceci compense la petitesse du logement.

le canapé lit confortable.
🙁 Par contre je n'ai pas apprécié le manque de propreté, (il a fallu que je fasse le ménage) miettes de pain et de ships sur les tabourets de bar cuisine, sur la table, le sol, dans les placards pas très propre non plus..😏😏😏😡
Sur les portes de la douche des grosses traces de gel douche ... 😏😏😡
La télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de signal...
Le WiFi internet n'a fonctionnait que le 1er soir après plus rien plus de réseau.... dommage"

points négatifs : logement très froid, sûrement dû à la fenêtre cassée dans la cuisine. Le ménage laisse à désirer, poussière, toile d'araignée... mais surtout moisissures sur les cuillères en bois et range couverts !! ?"

appartement très bien situé, par contre le ménage n'avait pas été fait, aliments dans l'évier, sol pas lavé, salle de bain lavabo pas propre, eau chaude coupé, couverts pas propre,ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire il était désolé nous l'avons eu au téléphone deux fois, propriétaire très sympa nous demandons à ABRITEL un geste commercial qui normalement emploie des agents pour faire le ménage et que les propriétaires soit rassurés
