Regarding global warming, Phuket has been proactive for years in raising awareness. To prevent guests from leaving air conditioners running for hours while away (beaches, nights out), you will have a meter reading with us for electricity (7 THB per kWh) and water (45 THB per m³). These will be the responsibility of the tenants during their stay, in order to raise awareness among all guests about living together harmoniously. Rest assured, the cost is very reasonable in Thailand. A security deposit of €750 will be required upon arrival for any potential damage. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. The full refund will be made two days after your departure. When you arrive at your villa, you will be completely secluded and without overlooking neighbors… A real luxury in Phuket!
