Great location!

We did a short trip but it was a perfect house for a few nights. Location is great, view of the marsh is beautiful. House was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 1 child.

Great location

It was clean and very convenient in terms of location. It say sleeps 6 but thats if you sleep 2 on the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable.

The location was great we liked the fact that we did not pay to park all week that we cld just walk back to rental unit.The beds cld have been a little bit more comfortable.Overall we had a great time

Happy

We were very happy with the apartment. The only issue we had is that it smelled like smoke and the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall the place was very clean, welcoming, close to everything we wanted. All in walking distance. Three houses down from Wally's. Which is the reason why we booked this place. Tracy the owner was excellent with communicating with me from the time we booked up to the day of checking in. I would book again.

Great stay at Hampton Beach!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and updated. The property was walking distance to the social scene of Hampton Beach. We would have liked an outdoor seating area for this unit. The other units on the property had a small outdoor space but this one did not. Parking is shared with the other two units (in a line). We had to be in contact with the neighbors to move cars around when people needed to come and go. Luckily our neighbors were friendly! Overall, we had a really nice vacation at Hampton Beach! Thank you!

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location and Tracy was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly suggest Tracy’s property.

Fantastic location

I really enjoyed my stay in this location the property is newly updated and was very clean! Best of all very close to the boardwalk but on a quiet back street ! Only thing I would complain about was no ac in the "master" bedroom, thankfully there was ac in the kitchen /living room and bunk room

Family escape

Space was efficient for my family. Could of used a clothesline outside for all of towels we used. Overall a nice beach house.

House was as advertised. Nice spot for 3-4 people. Lots of neighbors and parking was a challenge
