This ultra clean house features a modern kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. Enjoy coffee and bird watching from the patio in a fenced backyard. Historic Kingsville is in the heart of South Texas where visitors can tour the King Ranch, are within an hour of the National Seashore, and can access world renown bay fishing, bird watching, wildlife photography, & hunting.

This is our second stay in this home. It's adorable, very cottage chic. Conveniently located for our family visits, with a private back yard when we're ready to wind down. The owners keep this home clean and furnished with everything you need. I hope it's available for our next trip.

What a perfect place! Grandson! Our grandson plays baseball for TAMUK that is virtually next door. Very clean, updated, great yard for the dog, off street parking. We will stay there again!

Amazing well-appointed home

We are VRBO owners and we rented this home for a family get together during the Blue Angel airshow weekend. It is a fantastic home, great location near the university and NAS and it is BEAUTIFULLY appointed and exceptionally well maintained. We look forward to staying again!

Mid-century vibes

Easy to get to, cute mid-century cottage. Decor throughout was good, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood extremely close to A&M Kingsville. Great place for alums to stay for a football game. Lots of extras in the house like first aide needs and board games, etc. Would recommend this home and the owner was great!

Spotlessly clean and charming.

The house is quite charming with spacious rooms and a lovely back yard. Morning coffee outside listening to the birds and watching the squirrels was so relaxing. The instructions were very clear and supplies were generous. The owner was very responsive to questions too. It is the perfect location for a visit with TSMUK students. The large living room accommodated our granddaughter and friends for a nice visit. This will be our choice for our next visit.

My husband and I travel quite frequently and stay in many rental homes. This home was one of the most charming and well equipped that we have ever stayed in!!!! The special touch details were everywhere . The renovations on the cottage are really nice and make it a historical and fresh looking home. The beds are so comfortable and I have a bad back, but I slept like a baby. Liisa is an outstanding hostess. So professional from beginning to end. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this cottage. It was clean, cute, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thought of so it is a stand out experience. It is also pet friendly, and my dogs loved the backyard. Thank you so much, Liisa!!!!
