This spacious 1,500 sq ft (140 m²) villa is the perfect place for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, offering all the comfort you need to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of the Alpilles. And the cherry on top? You’re just 50 meters from the charming village of Mas Blanc des Alpilles! Bakery, restaurants, pizzeria, and the weekly market are all within walking distance. Plus, you’re only 5 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, 10 minutes from Les Baux-de-Provence, and 25 minutes from Avignon and its world-famous festival! 🎭🍞
🏡 The heart of the home: a large, bright living area of over 540 sq ft (50 m²), perfect for gathering around a great meal or enjoying a cozy movie night. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite Provençal dishes!
🛏️ Sleeping area – a dream come true: Three spacious bedrooms of over 140 sq ft (13 m²), each with comfortable beds and large closets. There is also an additional 120 sq ft (11 m²) guest bedroom, ideal for teenagers or friends. The ground-floor master bedroom features a 160×200 cm (queen-size) bed and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. For added comfort, a second bathroom with a bathtub is available for the whole family.
🌞 The garden: Enjoy a private south-facing swimming pool, a pool house with a dining area, a private pétanque court for fun and lively games, and of course a barbecue area for unforgettable evenings under the stars! 🍖🎯
☀️ For quieter moments, a north-facing patio offers a shaded retreat, perfect for relaxing away from the summer heat. Everything you need for a perfect stay is provided: sun loungers, water games, pétanque balls, and more!
