Mas de Garance, renovated with swimming pool (sleeps 14)

Located 5 minutes from the village of Grignan, in the heart of Drôme Provençale, this 18th-century farmhouse—completely renovated in 2022—will charm you with its tranquility, minimalist decor, and intimate spaces.

Nearby villages: Richerenches and its truffles, Nyons and its Provençal market, Grignan—a hilltop medieval village with its castle, narrow streets, shops, and artisans.
Olive groves, lavender fields, and truffle oaks dot the landscape. Wine estates, truffles, olive oil for gourmet breaks.

At Le Mas, many activities await you… you can enjoy the pool, the pétanque court for aperitifs, the ping-pong table, the arbor for barbecued lunches sheltered from the sun, and bike rides. Its tree-lined garden, with its olive and fig trees, Indian lilacs, oleanders, mulberry plane trees, and cicadas, is the perfect setting for relaxation.
Environmental sustainability is fully embraced here, with solar panels for hot water and a natural spring for the automatic irrigation system.

A 20-minute drive from the Montélimar Sud TGV station. Regular shuttle buses run from the station to nearby villages, including Grignan.

The Mas de Garance, with 270 m² of living space, consists of a main section and a separate apartment, Le Petit Garance; the entire property was fully renovated in 2022.

On the first floor: “Le Petit Garance” is a separate unit featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Another bedroom adjoining the house, featuring a double bed, a toilet, and a shower, is now available.
On the first floor, a hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, a dining room with a panoramic view of Mont Ventoux, a bedroom with two 90x200 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room, and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, including a master suite, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a separate toilet. One of these large bedrooms also has 2 bunk beds.

There are therefore 6 bedrooms sleeping 14 guests and 5 bathrooms.

The farmhouse is equipped with reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

A large, tree-lined garden of 2,480 m² with a 5x10 m saltwater pool (equipped with an alarm) and a changing room (shower and restroom), a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, 5 bicycles, and a barbecue.

Private parking for 4 or 5 cars at the entrance to the farmhouse. Pets allowed.
