This beautiful 2nd floor 3BR/2BA condo, located conveniently in the heart of downtown OCNJ, has everything you need for your perfect beach getaway! Positioned on the ocean-side of West Avenue, you only need to cross 4 short blocks w/ traffic lights to safely guide you to the beach/boardwalk! Not just one, but TWO free off-street parking spots are reserved for you in back. Walking distance to all the essentials: Wawa, Walgreens, Boyar's Market, Piccini's, Johnny B Goode, all within a block.

This was a great property for our weekend getaway. Everything was clean and in great shape. The host was responsive throughout the process with VRBO. Check in/out was a breeze. We love staying in this part of town. There are a few restaurants and bakeries very close by and the boardwalk and town are a short walk away.

This is a really nice rental with all the essentials a family of 5 needed for a one-week stay in Ocean City :-) close to Boardwalk, restaurants, bakeries, grocery store and a Walgreens. There were so many activities for our 4-year old grandchild nearby and on the Boardwalk that we didn't even get through them all-- next trip for sure!

Awesome beach rental!

House was perfect size and options for family of four. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Great location and neighborhood. Excellent communication with host and no problems. Highly recommended and will definitely rent again if we have the opportunity.

Everything was great. Perfect location.Only issue which I know is always an issue on the island is some ants in the kitchen. But again two years ago the place I rented had the same thing.Would rent again for the block party.My niece who is in a wheelchair was able to park in the extra spot made her mom’s trip much easier.

Hello Danielle and thanks for your review. We did not receive any complaints about ants during your stay and did not see any after you checked out. We ask all guests to report any issues during their stay as we want to make sure our guests are comfortable in our home, but if we don’t hear about it until a review is written there’s nothing we can do.

Centrally located

This property is very well kept. Very clean and new appliances. The kitchen is roomy and has everything you could need. It offers 3 great bedrooms all decorated in cute beach themes. A balcony to sit on and Asbury Street with shops and restaurants right behind the location. We enjoyed the restaurant John and Patty’s. We had a Philly cheese steak and a pot roast. We enjoyed shopping at Staintons and many other stores. The place also has a tv, washer/ dryer and two bathrooms. We were very happy with our choice and would love to stay again! Also a shout out to our wonderful hosts who were always there to answer any questions!

Great location

Our stay was very enjoyable! Everything in the home was exactly as it was in the listing. The house is super cute, nicely decorated and very clean! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and boards but also surrounded by a bunch of great places to eat! (Piccini, Outer Banks Boil Company and Johnny B Goode's-just to name a few) Also conveniently located across the street from Walgreens, the bank and Wawa! Sean was kind and so easy to interact with. He answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again and would recommend to others as well.

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time! The house is in a great location, easy walk to the beach/boards, with a family of 5 location mattered. It had plenty of room for everyone, everything we needed, and decorated in adorable beach themes. Crazy Susan’s cookies right next door was awesome, and Walgreens right across the street was perfect for the things we discovered we needed last minute. We can not wait to go back!

Great location

Location was great as short walk to beach and restaurants. Condo was smaller than anticipated and there was no real outside space to hang out, but otherwise no complaints.

Thanks for your stay and the review. Our 3br/2ba condo is accurately depicted in this listing, we have pictures of the entire condo and even have the square footage of the unit in our listing. We do have an outdoor balcony with chairs and end table for a nice little outdoor hangout space with awnings in the summer to block the intense afternoon sun.

Nice condo

Our family enjoyed our time spend on this property. Overall a very nice place to stay. Condo was very neat and clean. The owners reponded quickly with any issues and were friendly. Location to the boardwalk and various restuarants was very convenient. We preferred the beach on 29th Street since we are a big surfing family and 14th Street is very crowded and not a surfing beach. Since we went to 29th Street everyday, the only issue we had was the alley in the back. The alley is very busy throughout the day and the driveway gets blocked alot from delivery trucks.

Great family rental

Very clean, organized and all amenities provided making our stay even more enjoyable. Owners very responsive And nice (please read parking instructions they provide before arriving…we goofed on that 😀Will plan to rent next year!

Perfect for young family

All the comforts of home with the beach down the street. Walgreens, WaWa and Acme at your doorstep. Perfect for last minute runs for diapers and milk. Condo was spotless, nicely decorated, the perfect size for young children. Sean is an excellent host. We hope to return next summer.

Weekend getaway

The property was very well maintained and nicely updated. Close to everything as stated in the description....about 4 blocks from beach and boardwalk, wawa, Walgreens, ice cream and restaurants within walking distance, plus off street parking! Owners were easy to communicate with and left perfect instructions for using their house.

Mother's Day Weekend

Very comfortable and crazy home. It is on the second floor so be prepared to use steps. Mattresses were not very comfortable however rooms were clean and there was plenty of storage. Enjoyed our stay and time in Ocean City, NJ!

Perfect Stay

This is a very nice, well kept, clean and spacious 3 bedroom condo, with 2 parking spots! My 2 kids, Husband, cousin and I felt very comfortable and have no complaints! It is conveniently located which is a plus. I would definitely recommend staying there, and look forward to staying there again in the future! Sean was a gracious host and very attentive in responding.
