Discover your modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Bloomington retreat, Hoosier Corner! This spacious 1,500 sq ft condo comfortably sleeps 8 and is perfect for families or groups.

Features a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. Located in a quiet complex just a mile from the Indiana University campus, Assembly Hall, and Memorial Stadium.

The Space

Welcome to your beautifully updated and comfortably roomy home in Bloomington! This spacious 1,500 sq ft air-conditioned condo offers a modern and thoughtfully decorated retreat for your visit.

Downstairs Living Area:

-Open-concept space with updated decor.
-Comfortable leather sofa (converts to a sofa bed) and a plush velvet armchair.
-TV for entertainment.
-Dedicated desk with Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work.
-Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances .
-Convenient half-bath with an in-unit washer and dryer.
-Small back patio for a breath of fresh air.

Upstairs Bedrooms:

-Bedroom 1: Spacious primary suite with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo).
-Bedroom 2: Cozy room with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom 3: Versatile room with two twin beds.
-Full Bath 2 with shower/tub combo

Supplies Provided:

Fresh linens and towels
Ground coffee and filters
Hand soap, body wash, and shampoo
Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels
Cooking oil, salt, and pepper
Laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods

Guest Access

For your convenience and flexibility, you can check in anytime after the designated check-in time using a secure smart lock. Access codes and detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom condo during their stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the back patio. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of having the whole space to yourselves.

Interaction With Guests

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property but are readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns via the booking platform`s messaging app. Our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and wonderful stay.

Loved the proximity to campus. We stayed there during move in week at IU and loved how close it was to campus and running errands. The condo complex is quiet and there was always parking. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens.

Appears to be a remodeled to modern condo in fair-mid maintained condominium complex. Clean, convenient location, minutes from campus, eats, gas, shops. Typical amenities for bathrooms and kitchen. Very accommodating host for a late check-out and quick responses.Suggestion: window blind or covering for the kitchen window for additional privacy from neighboring condos

Outstanding stay in Bloomington

Friends & family in Bloomington to attend the 500 and enjoy race weekend (definitely prefer Bloomington for this!) and to attend my son's first album release gig (he is an educator and professional.jazz musician and an IU grad). I've stayed several places in and around Bloomington over the past several years. This property is as good as anything I've experienced. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and the property was exactly as represented.: Well laid out and organized and very comfortable. As others have noted, the property is sotless and fully equipped for a perfect stay. All aspects outstanding- Thanks very much!!

Overall the stay was great. The only thing we found frustrating was the TV and how it worked. The service is not easy to use and there are times when the tv show basically tells you it will be back in 3 minutes and plays music over and over for 3 minutes.

Bike weekend success.

My son and I stayed for a weekend of mtn biking in nearby Brown County. Great landing pad at night with plenty of clean space and comfortable beds. Great!

Cosy and Comfy

The property is immaculately kept. Extra touches to make it a wonderful stay where coffee, water and wonderful cinnamon buns. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our time as we moved our daughter into her IU dorm. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing!!!

This property was so cozy and was like coming home after our daily adventures. We were minutes away from everything we did and the people were so kind everywhere. Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She was easy to reach out to with quick responses as well. 10/10 recommended

Fantastic condo

We had a great weekend in Bloomington, everything was as advertised. The place was clean and stocked, which was so nice. The towels and sheets were really soft! We stayed in town for a funeral and when we are in town again I will definitely consider staying here

Great location close to campus!

Our stay at Hoosier Corner was excellent! My wife and I stayed with our college bound daughter to visit the IU campus. Very clean condo. Well put together. Medium walk or very short drive to campus. Good communication with the host throughout the stay. We would stay here again.

Hoosier Homecoming

We stayed at the property with college friends and it suited our needs perfectly. It was roomy with a well equipped kitchen and the cinnamon rolls were a huge hit.

Ceremony Celebtation

Hoosier Corner was the perfect setting for our family and friends who came into town to celebrate our graduate. We had 5 overnight guests, but hosted 8 for a family dinner, and then had a few friends over after the graduations ceremony to chat and hang out. Such a homey atmosphere for our long weekend festivities. Definitely recommend this townhouse, and will rent again if we eve get back to Bloomington.
