All good to few mishaps here and there , sorted on the wat. Location was not easy to find as we need to call reservation, no email with check-in and info was sent prior our arrival but sorted out eventually. Apt was good, clean , nice view. Neighbors on appt above were very loud and inconsiderate but with few calls to front desk , they got the message, eventually. Overall good!

e week before Christmas

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The building was nice. Great proximity & view of the ocean; boardwalk was just outside the gate & plenty of restaurants nearby in north beach. The trolley pick up is close & convenient to travel to South & North beach. The condo was ok- plenty of space, but lacking kitchen amenities - very few dishes, cook wear , utensils and no baking sheets which made it nearly impossible to prepare a meal. The one TV had a Basic Cable subscription and there was no way to change the TV input so we couldn’t use our Chrome cast to stream Netflix or any Christmas movies!

False advertising

The balcony view picture is not for this unit. The carpet in the bedrooms needs replacing and the doorway to one of the bathrooms had some orange mold or something growing in the carpet. The unit sleeps 6 yet they only gave us 2 wash clothes. The kitchen has no hand towels, wash clothes, pot holders, paper towels or dish soap. No TV in master. The AC works but the thermostats must be broken or not connected because we froze the whole time since we werent able to get it to stop running. I guess its better cold than hot but not ideal to wear hoodies to bed especially since they do not supply any extra blankets. The exterior of the building needs some serious TLC. On a positive note the beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Not what was depicted in the photos

Although the property was on the beach and the view from the balcony was lovely (except for the ropes hanging due to construction) the condo is not somewhere that I would rent again. The entire property is rundown and feels deeply unattended to. The pool area is full of old decrepit patio furniture. In fact, one lounge chair broke right under me. There was construction taking place on the property all day long so resting in the condo was not an option. The inside of the condo was sparse at best. The couch, a faux leather couch that was extremely unpleasant to sit on. The furniture was worn and felt cheap. The kitchen was fine, just missing a few things like dish soap, and sharp knives. The beds were very comfortable, and the ocean breeze through the window was delightful until construction started. I understand that construction needs to take place, but there was no mention of it nor any adjustment to the price. I would’ve expected one or the other. The condo would’ve worked well for college kids but all in all, I felt like it was not worth the price.
