Kitchen renovated in 2022, equipped with a 2 fire induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, mini oven and microwave, hood...Bedroom with double bed 140 and storage closet (recent linen), bathroom (shower) with toilet (laundry)Small but long balcony (equipped with a garden furniture and a store banne) with very nice sea views.Group parking (no private space) of the residence closed by barrier.The Agency accepts no responsibility for the availability of seats.Les + : Its location close to everything (market, shops and beach)The clear sea viewAir conditioning.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with large and small towel: 8.00 €).This rental accepts animals - A surcharge of 30 € per pet/stay will be required.
