Accommodation: CAP MARINE residence for this charming 20 m2 cabin studio near the beach.This secured residence, with lift has a collective swimming pool(15/06 to 15/09 subject to modifications), a guard, a bike and windsurfing location and a private parking. Located close to the Pont Tournant, at the entrance of the Capellans the residence consists of apartments facing the Marina.Composed of an entrance with bunk bed in 90, a living room with sofa BZ (sleeping 140) and TV and a kitchenette (fridge top with small NEUF 2026 freezer, electric plates, combined oven), a renovated bathroom.Accommodation that has ceiling fans in the cabin and living room.Basic but functional furniture.Beautiful loggia with garden furniture offering magnificent views of the Alber chain and the Canigou.The + : Geographical proximity to the beach at 100 m , swimming pool in the residence and close shops.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with large and small towel: 8.00 €).This rental accepts animals - A surcharge of 30 € per pet/stay will be required.
