Nice quiet place close to the beach

I stayed there with two of my kids for a week. The place is not too large, but nicely equipped with everything needed. The apartment is nice, but the building is not the newest. The beach is just a short walk away. It's half an hour walk to the center of Concarneau, which is doable. There isn't much infrastructure very close, but enough to get bread for breakfast, and also a bar and some restaurants. Communcation with the host was pleasant and easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nous étions 3 dans ce logement (avec un bébé de 2 ans).L’appartement est très bien aménagée et équipée. Il est super bien située , à 5min à pied de la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à concarneau , l’accueil y a été très chaleureux.Nous recommandons vivement

Circulation bruyante,peu de stationnement, manque d' entretien et de maintenance (panne chaudière pendant séjour, plaque de cuisson déchirée par la rouille) pas de wifi, réseau inexistant (il faut aller sur le balcon), loin du centre ville mais proche plage, bonne literie, pression eau très forte, réglage température douche compliqué, cuisine sous équipée ( pas d'économe, ni planche à découpé, ni couteau de cuisine) représentatif des négligences du propriétaire et de l'agence.

Deux semaines dans cet appartement avec vue sur l'océan. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la proximité avec la plage. Le chemin côtier pour accéder à la ville close est vraiment à pratiquer ainsi que le GR. L'appartement est propre, pratique et très lumineux, c'est vraiment une bonne adresse.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung für 2! Personen

Die Wohnung ist gut und strandnah gelegen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit in Bad und Küche zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad ist sehr eng und die Waschbeckenumrandung "Marke Eigenbau" sehr scharfkantig. Das Einchecken verlief unkompliziert, die defekte Spülmaschine wurde noch am selben Tag repariert. Insgesamt ok,aber nicht für mehr als 2 Personen. Tag repariert.

Tolles Appartment in Strandnähe

Tolles, kleines Apptm. für höchstens 2 erwachsene Personen gedacht. Balkon ist klein dafür ist der Strand gleich über die Strasse. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit einer neuen Waschmaschine. Das Bad klein aber zweckmässig. Wir 2 Personen haben den Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen genossen. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war tadellos.

Séjour très agréable région magnifique

Apparemment très agréable avec le confort nécessaire. Légère vue mer. Très bien situé proche commerce centre ville et très proche de la plage.
