Thank you for your kind words Crystal. A booking system was introduced a few years ago to allow everybody to have use of the hot tubs, which includes both guests and owners. All three hot tubs are available, but it can get a bit busy as you say. Unfortunately we don't have any control over the booking system. Although the condo management team to try to restrict the number of times, people can book to make it as fair as possible. We are very fortunate to be in such a popular location close to downtown, where you can just leave your car in the car park and enjoy walking the downtown area. We would love to welcome you. We completely understand that sofa beds are not for everyone, which is why we offer a 10% discount if guests book more than one of our condos. My wife and I had only just arrived from England and these guests were virtually our first check-in. Normally we have a team of staff to service our condos, but we felt that they deserved a well earned break. Unfortunately crockery was left in the dish washer, although it was clean we would of course. normally have put it back in the cupboards. Not checking that the coffee pot had been emptied was an oversight on our part for which we took full responsibility for and did apologised to the guest. Sometimes guests do not arrive until hours after the checkin time and we don’t feel that it is safe to leave any electrical equipment running unattended and so this is why the fans were not running. Although this was a partially hot day, the evenings in the mountains are a little cooler and on some occasions by the time the guests arrive the condo can be a little cool Once the guest checked-out we were able to replace the BBQ with a new one. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for failure of utilities beyond our control and internet speed can vary. However, we recognise that the way in which people use the internet has changed and although we were able to send and receive emails from the condo without any problems we have upgraded our internet system accommodate Skype and Netflix users. This is the first time we have received any negative comments about any of our 3 condos and would hope this guest would accept our explanation.

We try to keep the knives sharp and there is a sharpener in the draw, but it is a constant battle. We are never certain what our visitors use them for! One of the great pleasures of vacation rentals is to meet up with guests from all over the world and we are delighted that this guest not only enjoyed our condo, but our level of service. Unlike some alternative types of accommodation a vacation rental should be a home from home. As this guest was coming from Australia we were able to build up a repoire via the internet before the ladies had arrived. It was nice to have a responsive guest so that we could make sure our accommodation met her expectations.

Thank you. Canmore is now become a destination in itself and we are delighted that our guests feel that the location within the town of Canmore is ideal for visitors to the area. Our accommodation is deal for families and is extremely affordable compared with hotels for the equivalent number of guests. We are so lucky to be in such a wonderful year round destination. There are always activities going on in and around Canmore, throughout the year in addition to the outstanding naturally beauty, which is on our door step.We look forward to welcoming you back before to long for the ski season, but don't miss out on the hiking, caving, white water rafting...

It's great to received such positive feedback after all the work we put into setting up our condo. We made a conscious effort to make this unit unique by sourcing aboriginal artefacts, but keeping it family friendly. The unit was purchased with the convenient location in mind, it is within a short walk of most of Canmore's amenities, which our guests appreciate.
