Semi-detached houses of about 80m² each on enclosed land of 1000m². Separate entrances and parking spaces.

Terrace not overlooked, separated by wooden panels - 100m from the beach of Pendruc - 4kms from shops in Trégunc and 12kms from Concarneau.

Coastal paths 100m along the beaches for beautiful walks.

Both houses can be rented at the same time for large family.

La maison est très bien situé, au bord de mer pour les promenades, peut-être revoir un peu les coloris de l'intérieur...Le seul hic que j'ai pu rencontrer,partageant la maison jumelée avec d'autres locataires et propriétaire de chiens,manque d'intimité....En règle générale la maison est agréable, l'hôte également Bon séjour.

endroit calme pas loin de la mer, prestations au top, sol bémol le manque de ventilateurs dans la maison, très chaud à l'étage. Pas mal de ballade à faire le long du sentier côtier.belles plages, à voir pour les coucher de soleil.

- maison idéalement située pour la baignade ou pour des balades le long du sentier côtier,- cuisine correctement équipée avec machine à laver,- l'espace douche est très agréable,- l'espace salon pourrait être mieux exploité, - des moustiquaires aux vélux pour rafraîchir et aérer correctement les deux chambres mansardées seraient un vrai plus. Un nettoyage du joint inférieur des vélux s'impose.- bon rapport qualité/prix- Agence de location au top

Es waren erholsame und empfehlenswerte Ferien in der Bretagne

Die Lage des Ferienhauses war, mit der Nähe zum Meer optimal. Das einzige was fehlt und von Vorteil wäre sind 2 Liegestühle und Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle.Ansonsten stimmte alles.

Location agréable, à 2 pas des plages et chemins de randonnées Jolie région, beaucoup de découvertes à faire.
