Find your beach escape in this 2 bedroom + loft, 1 bath cottage in a newer gated community. Only a short drive to sandy Wells Beach, Drakes Island, and the famous Ogunquit beach, with a trolley stop located in front of the community. This is an end unit, which includes a small private yard and is directly across from the pool! There is wood flooring throughout the unit. A fully equipped kitchen with with stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, front loading washer & dryer, keurig k-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all the dishes and supplies needed. In addition to a small dining room next to the kitchen that seats 4 people, the kitchen island can sit 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has full size bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. The living room has a sofa and arm chair and the enclosed sunroom has a queen sleep sofa that can be closed off for privacy. This unit is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs with expanded HD cable and wireless internet, Mitsubishi A/C system and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, a new grill and an iron & ironing board. Included with this rental is access to the clubhouse with a game room, fitness room, pool and hot tub, and fire pits. The maximum number of people allowed at this property is 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. There are no pets or smoking allowed at the property.
