Across from the slopes of the La Serra ski area (downhill and cross-country skiing, ski school), 3 km from the village of Lamoura and its local shops, and not far from the town of Les Rousses and the Swiss border;<br>- In winter: walk from the chalet to the ski area’s slopes, snowshoeing, etc.<br>- Summer: swimming in the Lamoura or Les Rousses lakes; hiking, mountain biking (rental available near the chalet), horseback riding, canyoning, fishing, …<br>Thanks to its location in the heart of the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park and the Lake District, there are numerous marked hiking trails and a variety of activities on offer (museums, cheese aging cellars, cultural tours, ice rink, etc.); exceptional panoramic views of the Jura Mountains, the Alps, and Lake Geneva, … <br><br>A bright, 110 m² chalet that can accommodate up to 8 people:<br>- First floor: one bedroom for 2 people (140-cm bed), one bedroom for 2 people (2 sets of 90-cm bunk beds), one bedroom for 2 people (140-cm bed), bathroom with shower and toilet, washer and dryer, and a storage area for ski gear,<br>- Upper Floor: large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge); open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom for 2 people (140 double bed) with a large closet, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, <br>- large balcony (with table and lounge chairs)<br>Well-equipped chalet: appliances; baby gear (travel crib, baby food maker, etc.); ironing board,…<br>Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player,... <br><br>Not provided: sheets and towels<br>Non-smoking chalet, <br>Pets not allowed<br><br>Weekly rentals (or, in exceptional cases, for long weekends)<br>Electricity charges are additional (to be paid on site)<br>Cleaning service: €80 <br>Please feel free to contact me for any further information.
