Come stay in style at this upgraded Breckenridge condo with every amenity you need for a perfect mountain getaway. Walk to the gondola in the morning and ski home at the end of the day on the 4 O'Clock Run. Located in the heart of downtown on Park Ave, you're steps from Main Street, restaurants, shops, and après — the ideal spot for anyone wanting true ski‑town convenience.
Inside, the condo is set up for comfort and easy living, whether you're cooking in or heading out for a night in town. Stainless appliances, granite counters, and modern finishes create a clean, welcoming space. New memory‑foam mattresses ensure a great night's sleep across a king bed, queen bed, and a twin‑over‑queen bunk. A pullout sofa adds extra flexibility for groups or families. StayLTD also manages the neighboring unit, making this a great option for larger groups needing multiple condos.
You'll have one parking pass for the garage, with additional free and paid parking options nearby. Hiking and biking trails, rental shops, and the best of Breckenridge are all within easy reach. The hot tubs are open year‑round, and the pool is open seasonally from spring through Labor Day.
StayLTD offers optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

Perfect place, perfect location.

Me and a few friends went out to hike a few 14ers. This place is located next to the shuttle to Quandary. It’s located ext to several great eateries, and great shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and value

Great condo located between slopes and downtown Breckinridge. On the bus route as well as walking distance from gondolas for quick mountain access. Perfect size for 3 to 4 adults.

Friend's Getaway

The location of this spot is fabulous. It's clean and as advertised. We enjoyed staying here and having an easy walk to the main street to enjoy Breckenridge.

This property served our family's needs well. The location was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to items we needed (parking pass). Nothing fancy, but no complaints.

Awesome experience

What a beautiful house! Little bit of walk to gondola but great exercise. Snowflake is close to beat the lines! Hot tub was great! House is very warm and relaxing! Host is great and easy to talk to! Check in and check out process simple! Come every year a few times a year and def will stay again!

Perfect location!

Our family of five had a great week at this location! Highlights were that we could walk everywhere so we didn’t have to worry about parking, the hot tub was perfect for our end of days and it was clean and well stocked. The view of the balcony was the parking lot and living room so we didn’t spend any time out there but honestly for the price, it was ok. People upstairs were a bit loud but we turned up our noisemakers to drown them out. Overall, it was a pretty perfect for us!

Great location, old unit

This unit has not been updated at all. The beds really were our biggest complaint as they were very hard. Great location and the owner was accommodating with any issues we came across.

Great location but thats all.

DVD’s did not work, TV remotes did not work, balcony door did not lock, being on a floor where access from outside is easy I find safely issues. Location was great! Washer and dryer would have been nice since we travel light and i could wash my cloths, oh and don’t think you will receive much relaxing time or don’t go to sleep early because upstairs people wont let you sleep because of running and jumping, too expensive not to have quite time.
