Larger group? Check out the similarly named listing! Condos 101 & 102 are connected by outdoor patio, so rent both for a larger party!

Location is in Dillon/Silverthorne right off of I-70 at the exit to Keystone. So it's also fairly close to Copper and Breckenridge but closer to the tunnel for when you need to beat traffic!

With 2,200 Square Feet, this newer, modern 3-bedroom condo on the Blue River offers plenty of space for groups to spread out!

Very close to the beautiful Outlets at Silverthorne including such brands as Underarmour, Nike, Columbia, Pearl Izumi and more! Less than a mile down Blue River Parkway!

Tesla Charging Station right next to Starbucks at the Outlets!

10-15 minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, and Loveland Ski Areas!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this property overall. The only complaints we have are the cleanliness during check-in and the garage door opener missing. The house was great and we really enjoyed the location.

Has all the amenities and lots of space for families. Great location to ski Keystone and Breck. Would definitely return!

Cozy river relaxation!

A beautiful week in a beautiful home! We got lots of snow all week long so having the beautiful view and fireplace made it super cozy to sleep in, take afternoon naps and recharge! Being so close to restaurants and shopping was very convenient! I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back soon myself!

Family Wedding

We had seen the pictures of the property and were pleased that it was exactly as expected. Very roomy and clean with a ton of kitchen and bathroom supplies. It's nice when you don't have to purchase a lot of spices and condiments to make a simple dinner or breakfast. We would love to return someday

Family Fall getaway

This property was very nice. We like staying in Silverthorne for it’s convenient location to outdoor recreational activities. This property is clean, didn’t smell like anything but fresh air and we loved that they had cleaning and paper products available as opposed to some rentals that skimp on trash bags or toilet paper. Check in and check out couldn’t be simpler.

Family trip to ride or cheer for Copper Triangle bike ride.

Good space and clean. Liked the upstairs loft area for the teens to hang and play games watch TV and we could go to bed downstairs . Beautiful kitchen pretty well equipped missing dish towels which we eventually found dirty on the side of the washer. So we washed and used not a big deal. Door was unlocked when we arrived the keypad with code is touchy and doesn’t like the sun setting on it. Luckily we were never locked out it would have been nice to have the garage opener but its MIA, I did let management company know that it was not there. The road out front is busier than I like but I think that had to do with I-70 being closed. Lots of places within walking distance and some fun day hikes close. We hiked to surprise lake and ate at Sauce on the Blue. Delicious and within walking distance. Loved the keurig and coffee. Overall great trip good space for the price. I would probably rent again if my husband is crazy enough to ride the Copper Triangle again.

March Stay

Had a wonderful long weekend at this cozy place. Weather was gorgeous and we got to go on some walks by the river as well as some skiing which was near by. Would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon.
