A vacation rental for 4 to 5 people maximum in a quiet house in Orsay, near Paris.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 300-meter walk from the Guichet RER station, this is a detached cottage next to the owners’ home, featuring a terrace and a small enclosed garden. You can park your car in the garden, or in the neighborhood using a parking disc that is changed every half-day.

The location is ideal both for visiting Paris (via the RER from Le Guichet to Châtelet: 44 minutes, 30 km by car) as for the surrounding area (the Palace of Versailles via the RER and train—1 hr 08 min, 16 km by car; the Chevreuse Valley, 12 km away; the Vaux de Cernay, 22 km away…). Orly Airport is 19 km away by car and 23 minutes away by RER. Close to the Saclay Plateau with all its prestigious schools and the university.

Bus station a 5-minute walk away (buses to Saclay, Dourdan, Jouy-en-Josas…).

The house has been renovated in a simple, modern, and functional style.

It has a floor area of 50 m² with one bedroom upstairs and is equipped to accommodate 4 people (maximum 5).

On the first floor:

A separate kitchen equipped with a stovetop and a self-cleaning oven, a range hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blenders, toaster, cookware, and kitchen utensils. You’ll have access to basic staples such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, oil, and vinegar…

A fondue set, a plancha, and a raclette machine are available to borrow free of charge.

A bedroom with a 120 cm-wide bed and a large closet.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, a wall-mounted folding drying rack, and storage cabinets. Sheets and towels are provided.

The toilet is separate.

The living room features a sofa, a TV with Wi-Fi internet access, a table, six chairs, storage units, and a large mirrored closet.

It opens onto the terrace and garden, where garden furniture is available.
