A modern and spacious fifth-floor condominium that sleeps 5 comfortably. This is new condo appointed with new furniture throughout and a fully stocked kitchen. You have nice views of the bay and canal, access to a pool, tennis & pickleball, parking under the building and a short walk to the beach. Yet, close enough to shopping & dining at Santini Plaza! Lovers Key State Beach & Recreational Park is just a short drive away !

The unit has streaming TV and WIFI. There are two queen beds and a couch. Other perks include new kitchen/bath cabinetry and Corian countertops, a washer/dryer, and screened balcony off the living room and the master bedroom.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Marina 433, for an entire month, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! the condo was clean and comfortable and the pool was beautiful!The location in Fort Myers Beach is perfect for us, it’s in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful getaway while still being close to all the attractions. Tom was a great host, always available for any questions. I highly recommend Casa Marina 433 to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Relaxing stay at a spacious condo.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying walks on the beach. The condo was modern, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The condo is only a short walk to the beach where my wife and I walked every day. The condo is located on the canal and only a short walk to the bay where I fished most every day. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Sister trip

My sister and I had to make a trip down to get some personal things out of my dad’s condo. It was heavily damaged due to hurricane Ian, and is being sold. We weren’t able to stay there, so we found this rental close by. It worked perfectly for our needs. Very nice and comfortable unit. We enjoyed the pool and were very familiar with the area from having been at my dad’s condo over the years. We definitely hope to visit again!

Quiet spot, complex nice, unit needs minor attention, place did grow on us though.

Unit: As of Fed 25: Good size, large deck. 2 queen BRs, 2bath, good supplies like towels bedding and kitchen stuff. Sparsely but adequately furnished, single smallish for the space TV in LR with Sling only, no cable. (No BR TVs). Two couches, one saggy and difficult to sit in. HVAC good. Newer fridge, but need for some sprucing up apparent elsewhere, e.g., screens corroded impairing view of channel. Dated shower heads and low water pressure. 80's coffee maker started leaving little plastic pieces in our coffee so we bought a new one, a few other minor nuisances. Garage prkng spot too tight for F150 or similar. Listing could use a refresh.Complex: Very clean well maintained and safe. Nice warm pool with large deck. Quiet. Large Park shared by condos in area across the drive, walking, pickleball, putting greens, etc. Beach half mile with great sunsets. Elevator.Area: Hurricane damage and heavy construction abundant. traffic very heavy, getting off island can be an ordeal in either direction. Besides beach not much to do in immediate area, local plaza still reopening (no restaurants), couple bar/grills within 2 miles but very crowded most times because of so many condos and so few places. Overall we'd stay in area again but closer to exit and activities.

It was a great trip. The weather was great. The location was perfect with Pool, Beach, boating and the ability to walk to most places we wanted to go.

Restful retreat with all the comforts of home.

The unit was very clean and bright. Well equipped with everything you need. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and parking was plentiful. The swimming pool is close by and the beach a long walk right down the street. While Fort Myers is a very bustling area, this condo is in a quieter area. Great management and communication as well. Definitely would refer and rebook.
