The villa is all on one level.
The interior is chic and bright, and the spaces are beautifully designed. A large living room opening onto the patio.
A fully equipped kitchen with a pantry (2 refrigerators) opening onto the patio.
An air-conditioned master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm), a private bathroom with a toilet, and a walk-in closet.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds (160 cm), each with a private bathroom featuring a toilet and a walk-in closet.

Lovely villa

A great villa. Very peaceful . The garden is beautifully planted and the pool is super clean and well maintained. Convenient for the beaches. Would definitely recommend staying here .

Quelques déceptions pour un gîte de ce prix

La propriété est top, la piscine est superbe… belle cuisine, beau salon, l’extérieur est magnifique, digne d’un magazine de deco.Où que sa blesse, et j’espère que cette revue sera prise comme une critique constructive et non comme une plainte. On parle de 4 très grands lits, mais en fait, c’est un très grand lit et 3 grands lits.. déception, car ce critère étaient un des critères importants pour nous.Une des douches avaient un drain bouché, super service du proprio, juste un déni du problème et blâme qu’on devrait prendre la douchette et non la douche pluie. (Alors pourquoi elle est là). Ceci dit, il a dégagé le drain et la douche à bien fonctionné ensuite.Petit détail agaçant, aucun savon nul part était présent, un rouleau de papier de toilette par salle de bain, etc… on a du aller achetée tout tout tout à l’épicerie. Sel, poivre, etc…Quand je paie ce niveau de prix, je m’attends pas à ce genre de désagréments. Un autre point, il y avait aucun reste d’huile, vinaigre, etc… des anciens clients, est-ce que ça veut dire que les proprios jettent tout à chaque fois? Ceci est un immense gaspillage. Ceci dit, tout cela sont des détails que je crois peuvent être arrangé très facilement et faire de ce gîte un véritable gîte de luxe.

Merci pour votre retour. Je suis ravi que vous ayez apprécié la maison, son cadre, la piscine et les espaces de vie, qui, comme vous le soulignez, sont à la hauteur d’un lieu d’exception. Permettez-moi néanmoins de répondre à certains points soulevés, en toute transparence. Concernant les lits : comme précisé sur l’annonce, toutes les dimensions sont indiquées de façon détaillée. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’une erreur ou d’une tromperie. Si ce critère était essentiel dans votre choix, ces informations étaient disponibles bien avant votre réservation. À propos de la douche : il y a eu une intervention rapide de ma part dès votre signalement, et le souci a été réglé immédiatement. Il ne s’agissait pas d’un “déni”, mais d’une tentative de vous proposer une solution provisoire pour continuer à profiter du confort de la salle de bain sans attendre. Sur les produits de base : un kit d’accueil est ´fourni. En revanche, nous ne laissons délibérément aucun produit alimentaire (même de base) entre les séjours, pour des raisons strictes d’hygiène. Il ne s’agit pas de gaspillage, mais d’un choix assumé pour maintenir des standards élevés. Enfin, je me permets d’ajouter un point qui n’a pas été mentionné de votre part : la maison a été rendue dans un état de propreté discutable, en particulier les toilettes, qui n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées. Een fantastische, sfeervolle villa

Een prachtig gerenoveerde villa! Gelegen aan de wijngaard van de familie Combard (Figuière). Van buiten zijn alle karakteristieke kenmerken van de originele villa behouden. Het huis binnen is modern, sfeervol en comfortabel. Er was bij aankomst een goede en vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaar. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Magnifique

Magnifique maison très bien entretenue et très moderne. Emplacement idéal, pas isolée mais au calme. Piscine chauffée très agréable. Propriétaire très disponible et très sympa. A relouer !!

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et très jolie villa. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour en famille . Et la piscine... un régal. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Sehr schöne Villa in wunderschöner Gegend

Sehr schöne moderne Villa. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Aufteilung der Räume, sehr sauber. Toller Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxing holidays in a beautiful villa

We (6 young adults between 23 and 29) had a wonderful vacation in this villa. We had barbecues in the garden and cooked mostly ourselves, although the distance to the next village „le lavandou“ is not too far where one can go out for a drink. The villa provides three bedrooms and a nice pool. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The neighbourhood is calm and the house is a 8-10min car-drive away from beaches like Cabasson or Estagnol and a lot of supermarkets are nearby. To visit St. Tropez we drove around 45min by car which was very convenient. In general the description of the villa suits very much what we experienced and therefore we can highly recommend a stay in this house at Bormes les mimosas.

Awesome villa and host!

We really enjoyed our stay in this generous villa. Everything was perfectly maintained and exactly like described and seen in the pictures, so that was the best place to spend 2 relaxing weeks. The host was reachable during the whole stay and overall very helpful. We'll be back! :)

Superbe villa

Notre petite tribu a particulièrement apprécié ce séjour à la "Villa paisible", tant sur le plan piscine et espace extérieur que sur l'aménagement intérieur. Très bien située, cette villa permet de se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Bormes, du Lavandou et des plages. Merci à Cyrille pour son accueil très sympathique. Une villa où il fait bon revenir.

Villa de haut standing très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.Agencement de la maison très fonctionnel.Piscine sécurisée et très bien entretenue.Espaces paysagers très jolis.Rien n'a manqué à notre séjour!Un régal pour toute la famille. Clin d'oeil au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité et sa bienveillance.

La villa correspond à la description donnée et est d'une propreté exemplaire. Le propriétaire est aimable et serviable, très à l'écoute. Die Villa ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. The villa corresponds to the description in every way, very comfortable and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You could actually say, for lack of a better word, perfect!

Une villa qui porte bien son nom

Notre séjour dans la "villa paisible" fût très agréable. Confort, calme et sérénité étaient au rendez vous. Toutes les prestations étaient conformes à la description et à nos attentes. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute.

Underbart modernt hus. Perfekt för en barnfamilj.

Vi hade en härlig vistelse i detta hus under vår resa i Provence. Rymligt, modernt och perfekt med egen pool och staket runt om. Våra två små barn trivdes mycket bra och även vi vuxna. Bra läge till bormes les mimosas, stränder och bad, affär, vingårdar etc.

villa magnifique et très propre.

Tout était comme précisé dans l'annonce. Très propre, spacieuse et également très lumineuse Le propriétaire très sympathique et très serviable il a pris de sont temps pour nous renseigner les endroits à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location et j'espère pouvoir y retourner dans l'avenir.
